Rambagh Palace

Amazing staff, so kind and thoughtful. Beautiful ambience outside sitting at The Veranda with the dance show and music. Sarjeet looked after us very well so that we had a very pleasant evening. Thank you so much for having us and we will be back soon!

We visited Rambagh to experience the High Tea on The Lawns. The setting, the service and the peacocks truly made for a fantastic experience. Our server, Mr Prem Bhati, was well spoken and very considerate. The food was fantastic and the high tea very well balanced. I will be back for more!

Wonderful Stay. For two days we were there, we did not step out of the property ! Multiple restaurants which double up as a time machine, take you to old times. We had our anniversary dinner at Suvarna Mahal and the ***ager and head chef made it even better with special dishes !

During our recent visit to India, we stayed at Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, a King's Palace converted into an exclusive luxury resort (picture). It was an out of this world experience. As we approached the reception area, we saw numerous peacocks on the grounds. We later learnt that there are over 200 peacocks on the property. We were greeted by Anisha who made the check in process very smooth and easy. She then took us to the balcony overlooking the main courtyard of the Palace where an official photographer took our picture which was given to us with a very nice handwritten note during our check out. Anisha was extremely pleasant. She then proceeded to give us a tour of the Palace. Our room was like a royal suite (picture). There we met Mr. Nagendra Singh, House Keeping ***ager and his team including Abhishek Pandey, Parveen, Bhawani and Vinod who all went out of there way to make our stay very comfortable. At a later time, Mr. Singh took us to the King's and the Queen's (separate) suites. Food was extraordinary. My wife has several dietary restrictions. Mr. Pardip Kumar, Director of Food and Beverage, personally came and made sure that my wife's dietary needs were met. We had the famous "thali" (platter) of food served in gold plated china and cutlery. Everyone, including Vivek, Amar, Arihant, Om Singh, Vikram, Surjeet, Yogendra, Jaswant, Rahul, Ankita, Nayan, Kishan. Rakesh, Akanksha, Tushar at the restaurants that we ate at was extremely courteous and helpful. During the check out process, I had an accident. There is a fountain in the main reception area. I did not know I was so close to the fountain, stepped backwards, tripped and fell. My wife tells me that so ***y people came to help, including Mr. Rohit Kumar, Nimish Mathur, Komal Singh and one more lady whose name I unfortunately don't remember (Christine, Catherine or a similar sounding name that started with letter C), all from the front office. They gave me first aid, made sure I was fine and then drove us to the airport. Staying at Rambagh Palace was an exceptional experience. I personally want to thank everyone named above, and any names that I may have forgotten, for making our stay so wonderful. I have named so ***y people because I feel that people who do a good job need to be recognized. Given another chance, we will stay at Rambagh Palace in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing dinner experience! The service was top notch, we ended up having the Indian Thali tasting menu. I highly recommend! Balram made some great recommendations and we also tried some Indian wine. Highly recommend you visit the Rambagh Palace at Least for dinner while in Jaipur.

The hospitality offered by this hotel beats any luxury hotel. Staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and did everything with a big smile. The food at Rajput Room was also very tastefully prepared! There are hotels - and then there is the Taj Rambagh Palace. It is like stepping into a fairytale - where peacocks roam the gardens, drinks are served in train cars and rose petals shower down on you as you arrive to the hotel, all under the watchful gazes of portraits of the former Kings and Queens. I can not begin to describe the level of service that is shown by all the staff - it was definitely above and beyond. If you stay, definitely try and make the historical tour that starts from the lobby, or take a spin around the grounds in one of the Classic Cars in the Collection. Or just grab a nice evening drink either at Steam or the Veran*** and soak up the ambience.

We went here for high tea and had a great experience. Serjeet was great. Very attentive. Chef Bheem prepared a lovely meal for us. The ambiance is phenomenal. Very relaxing. Beautiful peacocks are in the property. Would definitely recommend.

We were treated to a delicious afternoon tea whcihbwas extremely refined on the beautiful lawn terrace. Each person received their own cake stand with delicious sandwiches, cakes and delightful little scones. Service from Sarjeet's team, especially Shubham and Jatin who attended to our ever need. We would love to come back again
