We had lunch in mid-July. Two adults and two children. The menu presented was rather poor, in fact nothing for my children that was good, we were almost intent on leaving. They offer us a series of dishes not indicated on the menu as available and ready (I don't understand why not put it directly on the menu at this point). We took two Milanese steaks and two portions of fried potatoes which were separately, only these together on the bill at €42, a bad surprise when paying, given that the food, although good, did not reflect the price. Two portions of decent pizzoccheri and an adequate price. A portion of veal with tuna sauce, also in this case a good dish and a fairly reasonable price. Drinks (bulk wine, water and drinks) such as coffee are all very expensive. The service good. The interior is not as nice as the exterior (a little dated). In summary I reiterate the title, ask for the price (if you want to be correct they should already tell you, not even the customer). The food is quite good, but the price is absolutely not in line. Even though I have been there many times, I have never gone precisely because I had had this feedback from other people, but by force majeure this time, first and last, I was there.

Once we arrived at the facility we were informed of an extra cost for the dog that was higher than what was written on the site, the difference was pointed out and we were advised to update the site, the receptionist took the money and gave the rest considering the higher price. The room, the economical version is ok, but only one towel kit and compliance with the safety standards of the bathroom ceiling are impossible to make that part of the room habitable: attic to the point of not being able to stand up straight without hitting your head (our heights 165 and 175). Fortunately the stop was only for one night, not having found anything else in the area we had to make do. It is the first negative review I have written, I consider myself adaptable to every situation, but when correctness is lacking (price of the dog supplement), then I highlight everything that can and must be improved. 100 euros a night, in November during the week, is absolutely not "cheap".

We were passing through, attracted by the beauty of the structure, we decided to stay overnight and unfortunately have dinner. In the restaurant there is no respect for customers or for Valtellina traditions, you eat badly but you are served worse, they bring you what they want. The great thing is that the bill is from a quality restaurant!!! The room was very noisy, there was a party for the elderly, the cleanliness left something to be desired, especially the bathroom. All seasoned with the dislike of the staff.

Excellent hotel on the main road, easily accessible, ample parking and dedicated area with charging for Tesla I spent one night, very spacious and welcoming room, bathroom a little low because it is limited by the roof, but for most of the operations you are there comfortable even standing, shower. Excellent breakfast with a choice of local products. Dinner based on typical Valtellina dishes, therefore excellent for those who want to try typical local dishes. Excellent starters, second course too, I can't judge the first course because I didn't have any. I would say absolutely recommended, if I have to stay in that area again I will definitely go back there, even just to see the wonderful stone and masonry structure!
