This place is very beautiful, modern, comfortable, clean, it looks brand new. Food was excellent. Parking is on the street but easy and felt safe.
Front desk was ok, they did not spoke english so communication was a bit hard, they offered free bottle of wine but young girl at front desk charged us for it, maybe a missed communication.

Friendly staff, large newly renovated clean rooms and the location was easy to get around making it a perfect area to have a car.

Really enjoyable 2 night stay. Large rooms and abundant breakfast. Easily reachable by car and convenient for moving around on foot to visit Polistena. If we were to end up in the area again we would not hesitate to book in the same B&B.

We have been to many Bad and breakfasts but this is truly the top. Modern, large and spotlessly clean rooms. Good breakfast and owner available to satisfy customer requests. If you pass through these parts you can't miss stopping here

We booked the property for a two-day tour of Calabria. Very nice facility, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, fresh products. Good experience. Very recommended. Strategic place to reach the sea and the mountains.

A superb hotel, modern, very well decorated, comfortable with beautiful rooms and very spacious bathrooms. You feel really good there. The bed is perfect, the connected TV allows you to watch the channels you want. The welcome is very warm and throughout the stay everyone takes great care so that nothing is missed. The welcome gift is very appreciated and the room has a coffee maker, kettle with coffee and tea available. There is also a fridge with drinks. In short, nothing is missing! The breakfast is varied, there is already a lot and on request you can have what you want, if it is not there, always with a smile. Very well located in the city and in the region (close to the center and the roads leading to the two seas as well as to tourist points) Bravo to all: congratulations to the owner, always present and ready to discuss to give information, to the staff ( impeccable service and housekeeping) We really hope to return and recommend this hotel for a dream stay. Let me start by saying that the stay was very satisfactory, the rooms were beautiful, the cleanliness was reasonable (there was dust on the floor, and in some parts of the room, the sinks were not washed every day). What I didn't like was the communication with the host. I asked for a room change due to my problems, it was granted quickly and for this I thank him, but the room change was made with rooms of a different level, I had booked a suite, while upon change I was given a room of a lower level . All this without any communication. I don't find this behavior right and if the stay could have been excellent from all points of view, I think that for this reason I wouldn't recommend it or in any case I won't return. I point out that the host clumsily tried to compensate me but by then it was too late. I shouldn't have come to report the matter and to be fair he should have done it without any input from me.

Because the entrance to Polistena blah blah… Superbly located: 10 minutes walk from the center and therefore restaurants, and at the entrance to the town to reach the road which leads to the two seas. Impeccable breakfast, already a lot of things but, you ask you get, and always with a smile. Come on, a little point of progress: the breakfast machine, blah blah powdered milk or chemical lemon tea. Little extra: by talking with the owners (with our hands and Google because we don't speak Italian and he doesn't speak English), we get great advice on beaches and restaurants (el gordo, la scudetta...etc) No need for a photo, on the site they correspond exactly to what is described there. Super clean (well done to the person who takes care of the cleaning), super well decorated, super well located, super well managed, go there with your eyes closed.
