Considering the summer temperature, I decided to book at this property for the first weekend of October with the intention of spending a day at the pool with my family as an alternative to the sea. I called on Tuesday the 3rd, three days before arrival, specifically asking if the pool could be used and the reception manager replied yes. On Saturday the 7th we arrived at the property and after paying and checking in we were told that the swimming pool was "closed". After a few minutes of confusion (we were already in our swimsuits), the manager with whom I had spoken on the phone arrived, telling us that the swimming pool could not be used due to a "sudden" fault that they had not been able to repair (cit. "today is Saturday and no one comes"). The alternative proposed was to go to the sea at one of their partner beaches.
