Some previous guests complained about the hotel ”retro”, but I think it's a ”plus”, the room opens with a key! YEAH! You never happened to do 10 floors ..to find out that the magnetic card doesn't work ... And go back to the hall and go back (also pressure)... And strip on the electronic lock at a ”certain” speed ... And strip ... Maybe we ”fuck” ...Ed once the door is opened, find the lock and stick the card ... And start fighting with a display ... With light and heating commands etc.. worthy of LAUREA DA TURISTA! I like the ”practical” and functional things that you will find in this hotel Villa Pigna, starting with booking ... To speed up bureaucratic practices at The hotel is comfortable, a large parking, my room had a balcony (shared with other nearby rooms but ”shared” with some rings) The room was very quiet and clean, we didn't try the restaurant. The hotel has a large room with a nice breakfast, a large room with a supermarket. All staff are in the heart of my staff thankful, unfair and efficient. Very good price quality.

We had 12 family members stay here last week. The villa/palazzo was so beautiful. The classic double rooms were adequate size with updated bathrooms. The Jr suites ( we had 3 adults in each) were really large with two twins in one room and another twin off to the side. They had good air conditioning - not the coldest- but it was 95 degrees F while we were there. The staff was wonderful!! Both the day and the night shift! One of the best features is that the hotel is two short blocks from Piazza Popolo GPS led us right there. We paid for self-parking which is right outside the backdoor - very convenient.

We spent one night in a family room. Hotel is simple but the room we had was large with a double bed and a sofa bed. We - essentially four adults - had no problems being in the same room together. Breakfast is at a café 3 minutes walk away. You get a voucher for a coffee and a cornetto. One plus is that the room had a coffee machine with capsules. Staff at reception were kind. It does not seem possible to park on the street in the city centre. You need a residents card and the parking area was full. So we used the locked garage offered by the hotel (15 euros a night), which is about 400 metres away. Recommended.
