Signature inn was excellent to stay rooms neat but no house keeping turned out during my stay regarding the check in & check out as per mentioned at the time of booking dont come to hotel blindly try to confirm with your hotel person before you come because at last you will be in trouble at the time check out rest excellent hotel to stay toilet excellent no issues i. Love coming again

Lodge was clean and neat. Staffs where humble and kind. Safe to stay. Lodge is very close to bus stand

The stay was great. The rooms were good and were cleaned everyday. The hotel is placed at a central location just next to the bus stop which makes it easy to walk.

We went on 2 days trip to pondicherry. Booked room for a day/night in signature inn hotel. The stay was good but while booking a cab, the cab driver asked us to come to another pickup point which was 500m distance from our hotel. Because they had an issue with the auto wala people. So they are supposed to come to the booked point for pick up. I have a ligament issue. I can't walk that 500m to board the cab. They can arrange some transport to avoid this type of inconvenience to their customers. We booked 2 rooms with king-size beds but we got only a queen size as we went as a family with a kid, at least they can provide one room with a king-size, it's so congested and had a disturbed sleep as our kid didn't sleep till 3. 30 am. That's it. Other all ok. Requesting you, share our feedback with the hotel and ask them to do the needful. Thanks

Hotel staff is very nice & cooperative, rooms were quite clean, 24x7 hot water was available, tv was upto date with the new tech, washrooms were clean as well but out of two rooms booked, the ceiling in one washroom had a leaking roof. It is at max two minutes walking distance from the bus stand and near by there are multiple two wheeler rental options available

Room hygiene was excellent and room-size was quite decent according to the cost. Staffs here are quite cooperative. Location might looks little out of main town on map, but you will find lot of bike rental shops in front of hotel. It also stands near major transport ports.

We found the signature inn to be a decent stay but felt like it was over priced. Car parking is a little bit congested.

Signature inn (very close to pondy bus stand) is only a 2 star hotel. It is for bachelors. Not for family stay. It is exaggerated in ratings as well price.
