Villa Don Tomas

Excellent. We were 3 adults with 2 very small children. We rent a cabin. The property is huge, landscaped and beautifully lit. Everything super neat. It has a dinosaur theme, there are several in different parts of the hotel that my boys loved. They have a beautiful pool (I went in winter, I couldn't use it, but it was well maintained and adds to the park) The super comfortable, spacious cabin was like a 3-room apar**ent. Radiator heating, it was very cold and the cabin was always warm. Great shower. Bathroom and restroom for greater comfort. Very good cleaning, replacement of towels etc. The attention of each employee, impeccable. Special mention for the restaurant. Excellent EXCELLENT food, and excellent price! The generous portions. It's inside the property and you really don't want to get out of there. The attention of the people in the restaurant is also excellent. We went for work, we took the boys and they really made our stay the best, and relaxed. Always attentive to what we needed. If I go back to San Juan, I won't go anywhere else. Terrible attention and predisposition. The facilities are quite bad and above all DIRTY. They did not settle the reservation that we had made 2 months ago. They gave us another room than the one we had requested and they didn't want to change us "the cleaning girls have already left so sleep like this" That was the answer. The hot water in my room did not work, I had to go to reception 3 times to have them fix it and they did nothing, I ended up going to talk to maintenance 2 times to have the thermos tank turn on. Wifi does not work

With villa don tomás 2 things happen to you, a nice feeling of rest and enjoyment in the green spaces; but disenchan**ent in the rooms. On more than 1 occasion we have gone with my family to this hotel and the feeling is always the same, the apar**ents do not have all the utensils and the elements of use such as the electric oven, pots, etc. are not clean... breakfast It is basic basic...they could improve this point a lot...

Hola! *Comentarios generales: El hotel está un poco alejado del centro, ir en taxi son aprox 1000. No pregunté si algún colectivo iba, pero probablemente si, y paran en la esquina. El desayuno es normal. Algunos panificados, mermelada, queso, jyq, infusiones, frutas. Nada dulce. *Lo bueno: -Hay restaurant con buenos precios. -Tiene parque y pileta. -Llega PedidosYa. -La habitación es amplia. Incluye escritorio y sillones con mesita. -Hay pileta climatizada, pero solo está disponible 2 hs al día. -Posee estacionamiento. *Lo malo: -Es una zona cero comercial, hay un durgstore a una cuadra y una YPF en la esquina. Para el resto hay que ir al centro. -Ducha con media mampara, moja todo el baño y piso de la habitación. -La traba de las ventanas no funciona. -El wifi es inestable, pero me ha pasado en varias partes de San Juan, por lo que estimo puede ser normal. -El papel higienico es una lija. Hoja simple de mala calidad. -Alojan a grupos/equipos de niños. Y suelen hacer ruido en los pasillos. Desde adentro de las habitaciones se escucha todo. -Las puertas hacen mucho ruido al cerrar.
