Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed.
The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait.
The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible!
I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant.
Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism!
The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun!
I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated.
It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

The only downsides were the bathroom would floor would flood with water when you take a shower and the staff didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency or organization, especially the restaurant hostesses

The only thing that was bad was the beds, we had a basic room, with a pool and partial ocean view, food was great, staff awesome, our room was always taken care of, the beach at took a major hit during our stay, big waves had washed all the sand out , and left giant sand bags exposed, and even undermined a concrete wall to the adjacent property. This wasn't a concern to us as the pools are great.

We had a perfect stay at Ocean Riviera. Relaxing at the beach or poolside. Eating at the different restaurants - all very good - and a fantastic buffet. We frequented the coffee shop multiple times daily, my young daughter loved the ice cream shop - the cute animals at the resort add to the relaxed vibe. The smoothie bar was a hit at the beach. Everything was top! I'd highly recommend

Property is beautiful. Limited lounge chairs. If you are looking for oasis on the beach like I was for this time. … the beach front is minimal. Lost most of it the last day I was there washed away. But the hotel staff was wonderful. Food was excellent. Couldn’t book exclusive as I was traveling alone and well… left early in the am with a bag pull set … they didn’t show. I was fine with this besides I had to go past other rooms making noise. The resort and waiters and food were wonderful

We loved the resort. The only reason we could not give it a 5 star was because of the food. That was a 2 or 3. Most of the food seemed like it sat under a heat lamp and dried out. Could be they were short on help. Not sure. I had the seafood grill the last night. Lobster so tough it was not edible. Otherwise the resort and staff were great. I would go back hoping fur a better culinary experience.
