"I liked the hotel in general, we only spent one night, the parking lot is spacious, I really liked the breakfast, it has what it promises and it tastes delicious. All the staff was very nice. Maybe the shower just needs cleaning, it had a little mold in some parts of the nozzle and tubes. The hallways also need mtto or paint. The pool is small but enough to relax. I think I would return, it is a very good option when you bring a car and are going on tours. Price ratio vs what it offers... excellent 👌."

"Drive according to the navigation. There is free parking on the ground floor of the hotel. The front desk service is very good and the room is large. It is very suitable for families. Only soap and shampoo conditioner are provided in the room, no shower gel. There are air conditioners and fans, the beds are comfortable and the quilts are thin. The room near the seaside is a bit tide, you can walk to the seaside, it is close to the pedestrian street of Carmen, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. Breakfast needs to be paid separately, and the price is fairly close to the people. I ate more than 20 RMB per person for three days."

"Only one shower in the room, the others were upstaires. There was a bar on the top of the hostel, so lot of noise at night, very hard to sleep. Not even a shower towel provided. The separations between the beds were really bare minimum. Shared kitchen dirty. But the personnel was very nice and the location was nice."

LLihuiI stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

AAihotel done fixed their mistake from the website I booked. When we arrived they told us we need to pay extra tax & no bkft included. But we showed them the itinerary that we payed. Hotel( Guillermo ) initiatively solve the mistake for us, which is a very good move! Allow us to enjoy more in the beautiful trip.
Restaurant waiters are super kind and pay attention on their guests which is five star service we expected all the time. Thanks Walter giving us a wonderful experience.
Also the one who assisted us bring luggage downstairs in this morning, Axel was super detail oriented in service, perspected our needs!! He deserved more!

She was so sweet and kind and made checkin the most pleasant ever! Words alone cannot even describe our room! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were looking for a beachfront property with also a nice pool and the rooftop pool and restaurant here also deserves 6 stars! If you are a couple you are wasting your time by staying anywhere else but here in Playa Del Carmen!

WWondooPersonally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place.
Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

KKristinaThe hotel is absolutely gorgeous, lots of palm trees, flowers, birds - during a day that's a quiet paradise. But at night... Sweet Jesus, there are two bars next to the hotel, and you can hear them both PERFECTLY. If you are a night person and won't be in bed until 2am, you're good. But if you dare to try sleep a little earlier, you may be a little bit distracted.
Rather than that, the hotel, facilities, people, service, location - everything is awesome.

The room I was assigned afterwards was so loud that I asked to be changed because it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed that the hotel was fully booked, but rooms were available to book on various booking platforms! Strange.

GGuest UserIt was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather.
I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen.
The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea.
I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel!

MMike MiguelValue for location, large rooms right on the *****, which means both beach, restaurants and all tourist. Related is right at your door steps. My washroom was missing the glass in the 2indow, and they did not bother to move me or cover the big hole. Safe box loose from the wall. Dirty walls. The hotel is cheap and does the job, but the owner and never the less the argentinian staff can do better when a customer service complaint is elevated. Service still matters! Be aware is noisy based on location, fyi.
I would stay again for convenience and hotel style..
