An older property with an incomplete remodel. The appearance of the room was nice, but the carpet and bathroom door were wellworn. There were USB connections by the bed to charge your devices. The bed was slightly too firm for me, but still comfortable for a couple of nights. Everyone we met there - staff & guests - were very friendly and nice. There was good water pressure for the shower. There was plenty of parking and the building is far enough from the road to not have too much road noise. Overall it was a good stay. Demetry that checked us in is a treasure and will be an asset to wherever he works. Don't expect a fancy hotel and you'll be fine - it's just a place to sleep at night.

Love this place for the friendly atmosphere and across the street from the high school Grace and Brittany are the greeters and give great directions. Quiet and close to the freeway. 27 restaurants in the area. Golf and other play activities. Great location. Heart of the house staff very friendly

One time towel change, trash pickup and never new toiletries or coffee but always smelled like a fresh coat of pine sol applied. Our weekend stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. This hotel was exceptionally well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. If you are going to the Southern Pines area - this is the place to stay!
