This is our second visit to the alanna chain, the first being Chiangmai and we were, needless to say blown away by the discretion and bespoke service, the attention to details, the willingness to bend over backwards and the eagerness to please and pamper. My second boy celebrated his 10th birthday at the resort and nana and her crew spent a lot of time ensuring it was memorable, first starting with the living room decor, the cake, the balloon and even coordinating with a local photographer to document our experience. Nana and her colleagues are always at helm and available at all times, from a meal bookings, transport pickup, recommendations, arranging an external vendor to perform in house manicure, no request is too big or daunting or too small for them to execute. This is our second home away from home and we have been spoilt rotten. You will be too.
