Our stay at Rosewood Phuket was truly exceptional. The level of service was outstanding from the very first moment. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive, yet always discreet and respectful of our privacy. The villa and surroundings felt like a peaceful sanctuary. Housekeeping was absolutely impeccable — everything was maintained perfectly, and the service was so tactful that we barely even noticed when the room had been refreshed. The food was also remarkable: beautifully presented and consistently delicious across every restaurant we visited. Rosewood Phuket is the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and fully recharge. It truly feels like a small paradise designed for peace, comfort, and privacy. We would love to return again.

Dear Trip.com Support, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the way this case has been handled. For me, this is not about the Trip Coins or the additional expenses—it is a matter of principle and fairness. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were charged THB 40,000 directly by the hotel (payment receipt has already been provided to you). Despite this payment, we were given only one room, while the second room that we had booked was never delivered to us. Due to the poor handling of the situation, the long delay in providing the second room, and the unacceptable service we received, I decided to check out and requested the cancellation of the second room because it had never been provided. The hotel itself acknowledged that the mistake was on their side and sent me an official WhatsApp message confirming their approval to cancel the second room. I have already shared this evidence with you. Furthermore, we checked out only a few hours after paying the THB 40,000 because of the poor treatment we experienced. What is truly concerning is that, despite all the evidence provided—including the payment receipt and the hotel's written approval—I have still not received my full refund.
