The May Phu Quoc Hotel

The location is very comfortable, very quiet, and the sea view is beautiful. It is very close to the beach and you can walk there right away. The air quality is good, the service attitude and facilities are perfect, and the price is favorable, which makes people linger 😍🥰

At first, the hotel was quite sympathetic when they let me check in 1 hour early because I had a baby. But on Tuesday, I wanted to ask for the bed sheet to be changed, so I called several times but no one changed it. Then I went down to the reception to call again, and the oldest-looking receptionist there asked again, how many days had it been since I asked to change the sheet? It's the first time in my life when I'm on vacation and I'm asked like that because even though I've only been there for half a day and see that the sheets are dirty and want to change them, they happily do it (n*** no one asks guests like that again). Then I said that because my child ate the cake on the bed and it fell out, I wanted to replace it and clean it. AND she said there would be a charge for dirty lines, but I said it wasn't because the line was dirty, it was just cake crumbs and all, so I wanted to replace it with a clean one. But after that, maybe because she found the reason unreasonable, when I came home I saw that the sheets and pillows were still the same and no one had changed them. I'm bored so I'll stop calling and it's a waste of time. I'm really upset because the customer service asked me to retort like that and after the request was not fulfilled, I felt the customer service was too poor. The breakfast here is very poor every day. It's called a buffet but it's only vegetarian fried rice and vegetarian fried noodles (2 pots of each type, always standing in the same place every day). There's only one pot of stir-fried dishes with meat, so everyone takes them all very quickly, but when they run out, they have to wait a long time to refill them, so most of the family doesn't know what to eat in the morning. Sigh. Breakfast time is only 7-9 hours, not 6-10 hours like other hotels, so if you're tired and want to let your kids sleep more, you're afraid that when you go down, time will run out and food will run out. The hotel's swimming pool is not cleaned properly. When I went to swim, I saw a lot of moss (in the adult pool), but the children's pool was better. In general, the experience here is quite bad and I will not come back again!
