Ich fange mit dem Zimmer an: es ist recht klein mit einem Mini-Tisch. Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Dafür großer Fernseher, geräumiges Bad. Gute Schallisolierung. Man muss Glück haben, wenn man vor dem Hotel einen der öffentlichen Parkplätze ergattern kann. Diese sind am Wochenende kostenlos. Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet zwölf Euro pro Nacht. Die Zimmerreinigung war tadellos. Die Klimaanlage macht was sie soll, wenn auch unter erheblichem Geräuschpegel. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, das Frühstück ist korrekt. Allerdings waren wir so ziemlich die einzigen, die die Einweghandschuhe am Frühstücksbuffet benutzt haben. Wäre vielleicht es sinnvoll, wenn das Personal die Gäste drauf hinweisen würde, dass diese zu benutzen sind. Das große Hinweisplakat wird schlicht ignoriert.

The hotel is close to the autobahn (a few hundred metres) so convenient in that respect, but the area is modern business premises on the edge of town. A bus into town is easy (100metres walk each end, inexpensive, frequent). The hotel is large, modern, multifloored. There is a small bar in the hotel, but a larger bar is in the directly connected (but independent) Italian restaurant next door. The food and service in the restaurant was good. The service in the hotel was good, and the rooms were modern, clean and adequate. My only (minor) criticism was that the duvets were on the thin side for anyone who sleeps with a window open out of summer. Car parking in the basement was very convenient. Probably stay there again.

Hotel location is very good to find, opposite the train station, the roadside, the room is large, the window is very high, very satisfied with the design of the bathroom, is the most satisfactory room for this trip, the price is not expensive, the price is very high, next time Also book

We stayed for one night at the Parkhotel to be within walking distance of the jewelry museum. This was among the more expensive options we considered in Pforzheim, but we believe it was money well spent. This hotel would easily hold its own quite well in much larger cities; in terms of size and facilities, it might compare to many Hiltons or Sheratons, but everything about the Parkhotel is at a higher level. The public areas were immaculate and bright with lovely fresh flower arrangements, dinner staff appeared to be seasoned veterans, and the (optional) breakfast was easily the best we encountered in two weeks of travel. There was plenty of underground parking, and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. My only slightly negative impression was the very long walk to our room, but that was far outweighed by our overall experience; it seems clear this hotel sets high standards, and in our brief stay, it lived up to them in all respects.

The hotel makes a good impression optically, the rooms are also modernly furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable, the hotel is located near the centre, overall quiet at the end of the pedestrian zone, however near school. We had a guest for 2 nights on Christmas Day. Check-in was okay, the ”service” but relatively disgustless. Over the holidays the location of the hotel was visually visible, the breakfast offer as well. That on the 1st holiday instead of the ordered eggs with bacon a watery, The 2nd day was also unsuccessful, the staff said there were no eggs in the kitchen. Requiring the full price of almost EUR 17 per day for a very limited offer is no longer limitable. There is also no help with the free use of the mini bar (water and beer). Despite late check out (on holidays until 14:00), our guest became the 2nd. A holiday is required from the room at 12 p.m. at least for holidays for us no option for future guest accommodation. Unfortunately, our guest was not able to express the criticism on the ground because there was no person at the reception - despite 2 hours of waiting in the lobby on the day of departure.
