The room is decent for short term stay. Just needed somewhere to crash for a night so I wasnβt expecting any fancy room with the price paid. The hotel is located with a lot of eateries nearby. They provide water dispenser at each floor and thats a good ESG initiative.
My only comment is the sound isolation of the room. I could literally hear people walking past and their conversations.
Also to note the room deposit can only be paid with actual CASH and not even Touch n Go.

Just one pug in a room, I booked a family room that can live 4 adult, it's not convenient to us to charge hand phone, give a suggestion to bring a wire extension if you want to book this hotel
Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! ππ

the good: 1. because the room is small, the aircond gets cold quickly and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired. Even more convenient than Xplorer hotel 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well. Theres even toiletries and toothbrush/toothpaste provided the bad: 1. during check-in, the staff at the counter seems to be overworked as she hardly smiled or even had the mood. seems like she is forced to be there the whole day and has not had a holiday for a very long time. 2. It may get a little noisy at the entrance but because my room has no window, it was alright. Overall, the location of this hotel and comfort adds points but the lack of parking is a thing of a concern if you are planning to check in during the afternoon. I would consider staying this hotel over the Xplorer because of its cleanliness and nice lobby.

1.The towel and quilt is not clean, I got red spots on my whole body from the first day.When I checked out and try to negotiated this case with staff, at that time I didn't wanna anything but a say. They showed non respect attitude, they don't care about the case and they 100% don't want to be responsible. After stay I went to hospital, doctor said it was because I used unclean towel. It was very severs, so I can only ask sick leave for 1 week from work. Because the attitude and responds I got from hotel, this time I asked booking.com help me to go and negotiate for me, but the booking get the same answer, the hotel don's not possible to open the door. 3. Extremely low cost performance! The price I paid doesn't equals the room and service I get. Strongly don't recommend!!!!! 1. The towels and quilt sheets of the hotel were not clean and I developed a red rash after the first night of my stay. I tried to communicate with the staff and their supervisors on this matter when I checked out. I didn't mean to pay for it, I meant to say it, but the attitude they gave me from their staff and supervisors was that they didn't care what happened after I checked in, and they didn't want to take any responsibility. After the trip I went to the hospital and the doctor replied after the diagnosis that it was caused by the use of the hotel's dirty towels. Because the rash was so bad, I was able to ask for a week's sick leave and it had a very big impact on my work. After the doctor's diagnosis, I communicated directly with the hotel before, and the hotel gave a disrespectful attitude. This time I let booking.com come forward to help me communicate this thing. The result was the same. The hotel was completely irresponsible. I said that it would strengthen health management. I was very disappointed with this sense of responsibility and hygiene of their hotel staff. 2. The room was very, very small. Even if you bring the boarding box, you can't open the door when you open the boarding box. 3. Very low cost performance! Highly not recommended!!!

The rooms is good..clean and very New..like it a lot. Compare to other hotel which in Kl area so far this is the better than most of it..price wise also reasonable. Just the parking is public parking. Need to keep a look out if u r not leaving before 8am in the morning..

SSharifa SalvaEverything was nice. The bed was big and comfortable. Toilet was spacious and very clean. Room service was very prompt. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Only drawback was that its almost the same varieties every day. By the 2nd day the excitement dies down.Infinity pool was nice but is very small but gym is good. Looking forward to the next stay. Beautiful view of all the skyscrapers from the hotel from all angles

GGuest UserWe are very satisfied. The hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Only the lift traffic jam when check out time. The price is very reasonable, but part of it has not been completed yet. The double bed for 2 adults and 2 child is a little crowded now.

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel and i love it! It can't get any better for this price range. I love the gym as it allows me to do a thorough workout. There is a beautiful pool but a bit small though. There is ba*****t parking. The room size is comfortable and the beds are comfortable. What's most amazing, this is the first hotel I've been to that has bolsters! There is a water cooler at the hallway where you can get cold and hot water. The location of the hotel is just around the Malay area and there are plenty of food stalls that you can sample from.

GGuest UserI am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected.
Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution.
Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

AAlfredo KEverything is in good condition, enjoyed my stay due to near to every facilities. Toilet is clean, but the pillow and bedsheet have stain. Location is near Sunway Pyramid and food shops.
Strategic location with lift and water purifier machine outside the room. The environment of the hotel is good, the price is affordable, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are several supermarkets, and the price is cheap. There are restaurants next to it, McDonald's and Burger King. There are foreign currency exchanges in the nearby streets, several Chinese restaurants, pharmacies, clinics... everything you need for life is available.
Very comfortable sleep, clean, complete security system, key card provided, free drinking water, both hot and cold water, next to the hotel there is a Thai restaurant. Malaysian food, Chinese food, Japanese food within walking distance.
Fast check-in and check out with deposit fixed amount of MYR 50.00. Aircond is very cold and fan is provided too. Toilet has slipper and shampoo too. Clothes hanger and water container with cup provided too.

GGuest UserIt first time experiencing self checking hotel. The instruction given by email is not clear. Just ask you to call them before arriving.
I have never experience such self checking and it will be a good practice if the hotel is to give us specific instruction email and we need to pay deposit online before allow to check in. It took me almost 45 mins to check in. Further to this i was given a room that has not been cleaned and it was a total mess.
Luckily, they managed to change the room for me.
For a traveler who look for ease of checking in and better hospitality service (human interaction instead of over the phone) i will not recommend it. It will be a disaster if the traveler is not tech savvy.
It may has a good and clean facilities and the price is good but i will not recommend it. I will definitely not stay in a self check in hotel ever. It is definitely off my list of hotel to stay.

Location is near my work place..just booked for staff.
Small hotel but comfortables & affordable for the price...suitable for travellers & for work stay..
There is near by starbuck coffee shop just in front of the hotel and lots of restaurant near by..also there is shopping mall just aroynd corner(about 1km).
Also near by Golf club...One utama shopping mall is around 2-3km from the hotel.

GGuest UserThe standard room is smaller but still ok. The deluxe room is larger but still has no windows. So if you want a room with a window, you must book a Deluxe room. In fact, there is no view, just an extra window. The surrounding area will be more convenient. Don't expect luxury at this price.
