Sovotel @ Kota Damansara 8

It’s a nice place to stay, especially because it is very close to the MRT and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and the design is nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the location is very convenient. Would consider staying here again.

First room. Full of molds, they use construction nail to hang the curtain, so decided to change room, 2nd room given big bathroom but also molds every corner or the room and both windows opened and cannot be close.

Room is clean, though its small but good enough for 2 people. Housekeeping were polite and helpful.

The location is convenient but there are two branches nearby so it can be confusing. The service ok.

I have stay in this hotel for few times. This round just for short stay. I am always pleased with this hotel as the location is so convenient. Just a suggestion can u please built a small rack so that the guest can place some of their toiletries near to the shower area. I realized none of it in my room.

Bed sheets looked old and worn. Pay extra for window room but is fixed shut no fresh air. No bath towel in the room, called reception multiple times, no answer.

The bed is comfortable and the room is very quiet,with good water heater.
