Friendly staff, It's a good hotel, it's value for money,the hotel clean & tidy, the only thing is, tv chanel not so good, but it's not a big deal for us, and suitable for family, friends, & couples, the hotel located at a strategic area, opposite the mc Donald at ss2, or dking durian, overall is good, recommended ✅✅👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stay was good with the room being really clean and spacious. However, there was an electricity supply cut on the first night of stay and a water supply cut on the second night of stay. No apologies were made by management nor any attempt to fix it immediately. However, without these, it will be a decently good stay.

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out. This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Had a great time with my kids here. Room are clean just that the small pillow a little smelly. Air cond was superb very very cold even at 20 degrees. Water heater not that hot even set to the max. Tv channels were plenty from netflix.

Amazing place!! Absolutely everything is top notch!!! Perfectly clean room, everything is brand new, very beautiful, stylish, neat! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! Snow-white bed linen, clean new towels. Large, free parking! The service is beyond praise! Manager Brandon greeted us politely and caringly, honestly warned about possible noise due to construction nearby, but in the end there was complete silence. It is very nice that Brandon warned us honestly about everything before check-in. In addition to the fact that they met us, the manager contacted us and found out if everything was okay! They responded to requests immediately. A complete feeling that you are welcome. On the upper floors there is a magnificent clean pool and a high-quality gym. I did not expect such comfort for such a low cost!! During this trip, we stayed in other hotels for a higher price and they were not even close in quality to this place. This is just a diamond in Kuala Lumpur! We sincerely recommend everyone to stay here and once again thank Brandon and his team!

Cleanliness: Overall the room was very clean, they do supply toiletries, shower gel and shampoo. Just only 1 thing: the floor was dusty, maybe around few weeks no one stay in so they didn’t clean it before my stay. Location: I was worried of the location is difficult to find before I go there, but the customer service sent a video to show me how to reach their car park, Awesome! The nearest big shopping mall is 1Utama. The building surrounded by highway, if you’re driving, is very convenient. Service: Frontdesk service was good! Customer service reply WhatsApp message very fast! Excellent service from security guard, they very polite!!!! Each level of car park have a security guard there, so no need to worry there’s no-one if need help. Amenities: The top level have gym and swimming pool and bar counter to chill with friends/family(need to bring own beverages/beer/utensils). As I know there are 2-4 lifts can reach to lobby.

My 2nd time in this 1 star budget hotel but amenities is above 3 star because of all basic room amenities given from tooth brush with tooth paste, comb, shower cap, razor, body shampoo, toilet rolls and 2 bottle of drinking water. Room equipped with TV (4 basic channel), good air-condition, water heater, hair dryer, telephone, side table, study table, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock, basin, WC, eletronic keycard, electric kettle, 2 power socket, clean towel, water glass and cup with saucer. Aircond and TV remote control is functioning. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area. The hotel has a lift and is located at a strategic location with a 3-minute walk to Starbuck Coffee, Tealive, and Petronas Mini-Mart to get all the titbits and light snacks to enjoy in-room. Welcome drink at reception upon check-in. Parking is free in front, back, or the side of the hotel. Green park across the hotel. Sofa at hotel lobby. The only setback staying here encountered some other guest making noise, laughing an talking at their room from 8pm to 1am. Knowing the room wall is thin and yet they does bother others staying there. Even the reception unable to control them. The room is clean, quiet, and private surronding area and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. Fast check in and check out. Deposit RM50 upon check-in and return upon check-out.

Great hospitality. From bellman, front desk staff to cafe staff all were friendly. We are having our good time here. Its just the place is away from the centre. Overall i might say its a good place to stay. Thanks

Room was nicely in size, comfortable, clean.. Shower room and toilet are separated.. Location wise it depend on what ur stay for.. It is located near factories area.. Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..

Service was superb.. From the time that we step in till we went up to rooms. Hotel was clean and nice ambience. Good job too all the staff who put a lot effort for full fill guest satisfaction . Welcome cookies it’s a nice gesture 😉 And not to forget compliments Dhurga from Front Dest . Serve us with polite and respectful service. Thumbs up 👍🏽
