1. Check in process was not as smooth as expected. 3 staffs were at the check in counter and 2 were not doing anything. I was standing in the queue for 5 mins before someone approached me and requested for my passport. Then followed by another 5 mins wait. Welcome drink was super refreshing and tasty! 2. Rooms are clean in general but I noticed that the house keeping staff did not clean the bathtub everyday!!! They did change the towel, make the bed etc but 100% did not wash and clean the bathtub which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel 3. Ordered a bottle of wine and fries at the roof top bar, the fries was soggy and salty, wine didn’t taste good either. Items are way too overpriced!! THB200 for a small cup of hot Americano. 4. Really love the pool (with jacuzzi) and view from the rooftop. But security is concerning because you don’t need to tap the room card to access any floors. Possibly people who are not staying in this hotel can access the rooftop and use the pool? Not sure how they check about this. 5. Love the hotel bed and pillows so much! It’s super comfortable and we had a great rest every night! 6. Requested for high floor and quiet room but we were given low floor (level 13) without them even trying to accommodate my request. Booked via trip.com which comes with free late checkout but was informed by the hotel checkin staff that i must check out by 12pm.

i stayed at Blackwood hotel for 4 days. the rooms are almost new, always perfectly cleaned. the breakfast offered a large selection at the buffet, everything was tasty. the team at the reception was always helpful and friendly. and proved to be competent. My room was small and the balcony had mini size. what I did not like that a flyer in the room said that drinking alcohol is forbidden in the rooms and announced a penalty for non-compliance

The location is great, there is a big shopping mall right opposite to the hotel, and lots of massage places around . The swimming pool is nice , but a little small. The water park is good for my kids age 5 and 7, the water slides just right for this age, so my kids had lots of fun . I stayed in a two bedroom , it was good except the two single beds I are smaller than usual. Anyway, i probably will come to stay again if I go to Pattaya.

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.

Great hotel with great location and great service. Very happy to be able to stay at this hotel, several times to Pattaya, this is a good hotel with okay price. nice room with old-fashioned wooden interior but okay and clean. bathroom has a bathtub so you can soak in warm water to relieve fatigue after walking quite far. location near the crowd, night market, terminal 21, Tiffany Show, and still many other locations that can be reached on foot. Breakfast is satisfied with many choices, the restaurant next to the pool with lots of plants and flowers make the mood calm while enjoying breakfast. good mood in the morning, making the whole day a pleasant day. in the corner of loby, There is a baggage scale that can be used by inserting a coin (10 baht if not wrong). It's good to try for you after shopping a lot there.

Location of the hotel is perfectly central in the middle of the Pattaya city overlooking both sides of the bay. Rooms are very modern as the hotel is relatively new. Ocean view room which I booked gives the full view of the right side of the bay. Breakfast spread has many variety but the Chinese style dishes (fried vermicelli, fried vegetables) are pretty poorly prepared and not the usual hilton standard expected. Executive lounge was too small and very very hectic during 5-7pm. The staff did their very best to accommodate all the arriving guests but the size of the lounge is too small. Food served at the lounge was also not very delicious. All in all, I did not find it worth the price to stay at this hotel.

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

But there's a lot of noise coming from the road. Could be hard to sleep. Due to poor road junctions and long traffic lights, it takes a lot of time for taxi drivers to leave here or to come here.

It's a little far from the downtown area, but it's fun to have local towns around. Unlike Beach Road, you can interact with local people. There is a hypermarket Big C next door. Everything is available and cheap. It was fun and I went every day. The rooms are old but kept clean. Amenities include soap and a shower hat. The balcony is large. Air conditioner is a little strong. I have attached a photo, but the large towel rack was nice. Laundry and bath towels dry quickly. There is a shared microwave and electric kettle available at one time. The front desk is mostly through, so you can come and go easily. If you rent a bike, you can enjoy it many times more.
