The room is very spacious and clean. Located on the 2nd floor for daily use. The room has a good style. The refrigerator is very big. For the price in this period, very good, under 500, getting a quality room like this is considered great.

Personally, I think this is a very affordable hotel. If you stay in Pattaya for 2 people, it’s really good. It’s not too far to get to the nearby areas. It’s convenient to go anywhere with the songthaew. There’s no problem with eating and drinking at 7-11 nearby. I stay there every time I stay here most every time I go, and the environment is suitable for this price range.

The air conditioned room is cool. But in the middle of the night the sound of the air compressor was very loud. But after a while it was quiet. Overall, it was acceptable for this price.

The water in the shower drains very slowly and the drain does not work. Very damp. There is fungus and open pipes on the shower ceiling (see photo). Stale air from the air conditioner. The air conditioner itself is very dirty. It's Friday on the bedspread. Towels are made of synthetic material that practically does not absorb water. (On the picture). It's difficult to wipe yourself off with it. The balloon door is poorly secured. It periodically rattles, shakes from the wind and makes it difficult to fall asleep. Wifi is very weak and keeps dropping out. It is not convenient to get to the sea from the hotel. Only by taxi or to transport (tuk tuk) 15 minutes walk in the heat without shade. Poor soundproofing of the room. Traffic noise from the street. You can clearly hear both your neighbors' TV and loud dialogues throughout the entire corridor every morning of hotel workers discussing the rooms from which the guests have left. The room is not cleaned while the guest is staying. In the photo, in a black garbage bag, in which they put 2 bottles of water, soap, a towel and paper. It was left in front of the door to the room instead of being cleaned. Although when he left during the day, he left the keys and asked the administrator to clean the room and fix the drain in the shower. Reactions 0. The administrator asked how long the room was booked for and when he heard about 2 nights he said no problem. And didn't do anything 😄👍 The owner’s indifference forced me to write everything down. It was not possible to cancel the second day of booking on tripcom because... The reservation was not cancelled.

Good location, comfortable sleep, soft bed, good things, close to tourist spots, night walks are fun, very happy.
