This time I took my child to Singapore and wanted to live in the heart of Singapore. I found this highly rated apartment on Ctrip. Due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at 2 am. The beautiful lady at the front desk warmly received us and carefully informed us of various matters. The next day, breakfast time was until 10 o'clock, and the child could not get up. The restaurant also allowed me to pack meals for the child. The apartment is very spacious, with complete kitchen equipment and tableware, clothes drying racks, hair dryers, and safes! The room is very clean, and every piece of tableware is like new. The subway in the apartment is about a 5-minute walk, and it is very convenient to walk to the National Museum of Singapore, Clarke Quay, etc. Every service staff I met in the apartment is very kind, and I am in a good mood every day! By the way, there is also a swimming pool on the 10th floor, which is simply perfect. It is not exposed to the sun but breathable, and the water in the pool is clear. This trip to Singapore has become super perfect because of Adina Apartments! The children are reluctant to leave and said they will stay here next time. I'm a bit busy after coming back, so I've been writing reviews for many days. I forgot to ask the name of a beautiful lady in a suit who speaks Chinese at the front desk. If you can see the review, I really want to say thank you ☺️ Your sweet smile gave us a super good mood in Singapore! I look forward to staying there next time, and the time will be longer, because I haven't stayed there enough. I sincerely recommend it to everyone! Finally, I wish Adina Apartments will get better and better! I was so busy every day that I forgot to take pictures of the room. This is the picture when I checked in.

The room is very clean and has all amenities. I stayed for 3 nights and they clean my room everyday which I like. Air conditioning and fridge works well. Bed is super comfortable. Also have free ice cream from 3-6pm. It only 5 minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. I really don't know as normally I don't like to write something negatively about the hotel but this time unfortunately it's really beyond my most hatred imagination. Sadly to say almost everything is perfectly screwed. From the staffs to the noisy mainlanders guests and lastly to the inconsistency of the water temperature this place is a complete nightmare. We enjoyed our 30 day stay in Orchard Point SA. It was a truly memorable trip for us. The staff were friendly and we really felt at home. Our baby also loved their Kiddie room. The location of the serviced apartment is also superb. While there were ongoing renovations, fortunately it didn’t bother us so much even when my husband was working in the room most of the time. Oh and the room is quite spacious!

I chose this hotel for a staycation. I was terribly disappointed that I didn't get a good rest. I was unlucky, I got a room with windows facing the road. Although the street is quiet, but there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear cars. And outside the window, air cons units or something like that and there is a constant humming noise. There are huge gaps between the curtains, on the window to the shower room (and it is on the street) there is no curtain at all. I managed to sleep with earplugs and an eye mask only. Huge gaps between the doors to the shower room and mosquitoes and other bugs fly in from there. On the plus side, nice staff. Beautiful hotel grounds

Solo overnight stay as I had an exam the next morning just at the next building. Budget friendly hostel-like hotel in the heart of the city. Toilets are shared and not attached. That's fine actually. Everyone goes about their own business so don't expect the hostel culture here. Location is fantastic for the price. Basic amenities such as towel, soap and shampoo provided. That's all. Towels could use some sun drying or the use of a proper dryer. They have a musky indoor mildew smell on them as a result of improper drying? The male toilet's plumbing could use a little cleaning? I suspect the foul smell is coming out of the urinals. The place is clean, no doubt, but smells irk me, so ya, cleanliness not 5/5. I had called and dropped a message to the main line listed but no one picked up my call nor responded to my WhatsApp message so service can't get 5/5, unfortunately. The common area has a microwave oven for simple reheating of meals and some simple cutlery to eat with. No cooking allowed. Located on the 2nd floor with no lift access, so don't lug heavy luggage around. I came with a bagpack so I was fine. In all, given the location and accessibility coupled with the very good price, an overall 4.5 / 5 for me. I probably would stay here again if I don't clear my exam and need to resit again in January.

When I booked the room, it was on sale, and the price/performance ratio was very high. The room was small and had no windows. I felt it was a bit difficult for two people to stay in, but it was OK for one person. The room was quiet, and there was a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine inside, but there was no washing powder, so you had to buy it yourself. The staff was also very nice and enthusiastic. It was about a seven or eight minute walk to the subway station. It was a two or three minute walk to the bus station. Opposite the subway station was the UE shopping mall, which had a supermarket inside, which was very convenient for shopping. Opposite the bus station were some food courts for eating. If you want more choices, you have to take a bus to other places. No one cleaned the room, and you could take the garbage downstairs and throw it in a green trash can at the gate every day. You also had to bring your own toiletries. There were slippers, but they were not of good quality. Overall, it was a relatively cost-effective place in Singapore.

This was my second stay in this hotel. The room was quite spacious by Singapore standards, which was perfect as I was traveling with my 10-year-old child. The existing couch in the room doubled nicely as a bed for her—something you don’t usually find, as most hotels require sharing the king bed. The view from the room was excellent, and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The location was convenient too, with a bus stop right outside the entrance and Havelock MRT station nearby. But, the service team had a lousy assistant (Nicholas) who wouldn’t even take an initiative to lift the bags / suitcase to place in the cab. In spite of my back pain I had to do it. They would benefit by having a more proactive person at the concierge desk

I purchased the Lady Gaga Package choosing this hotel for one night, and I ordered another night in this same hotel. 【SERVICE】The staff was very welcoming and he arranged a room for me even they were 2 different orders. It was very helpful and I appreciated it. 【Trick】When the Lady Gaga concert package on sale, the room fee went up to a double compared to normal weekends (800 to 1600) and it was not allowed to canceled, no breakfast included!! However, the room fee went back to normal price and allowed to cancelled, with breakfast later. Here I appreciate that C-trip afford the price difference and refund the extra cost to me!! I am really a big fan to C-trip!I wonder if the hotel management is playing a trick to visitors, so the buyers from KLOOK would have a misunderstanding that KLOOK don't earn too much!! However, KLOOK earn about 40% marget if we calculate the hotel fee in normal price!! So foxy!!! I was happy with my 2-night stay in the hotel, I would like to choose this hotel if I have chance to go to Singapore again. But I personally suggust that NO COOPERATION TO KLOOK any more. Booked back the club room again. Our package came with a late check out and the person who served us( Allysha, if I rem correctly) was very nice and told us about this package and even told us we can still enjoy the club benefits etc. I rem the previous time when we came we were only given the standard check out time. Not sure why…… anyway we still enjoy our stay with the services provided at the club lounge by iwan, he is very attentive and will go around topping up the drinks. Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good. Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping. Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel. Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment. Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious ! There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient. Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.

Excellent location above Funan Mall. Central and close to lots to amenities such as supermarket and the train station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Cozy small rooms and comfortable queen sized bed. The only annoying thing despite being on the 10th floor, external noises such as sirens from the fire station which really affected the sleep quality. For the price, I think what you are really paying for is convenience so if you're a light sleeper, maybe give this a miss. Otherwise, great value!

One of the first things I gonna mention is customer service, they are so friendly, warm welcome, and kind. This is an important thing. The location is near the bus stop just walk across the bridge for a few minutes. And the bus stop No. 64,123 I always took Because the bus stop is near the Fort Canning MRT. Hotel room equipment is good but mostly just I have noticed many hotels in Singapore don't use Bidet showers. I got a room on the 9 floor so it was a nice view, the nice view will make me feel fresh and enjoy my stay. I didn't have time to swimming or gym but I went to see the swimming pool, I think it is nice as they show is booking hotel on the trip.com. For mattress I think it’s good for me that I slept well without feeling back Pain.

I am regular in visiting Singapore. To find a hotel with this size of about 23m2 with acceptable price is not easy, and it is in the center of the city. MRT is just outside the hotel. Chijme is within walking distance. We were skeptical when we saw the facade picture of the hotel but after entering the room, we are pleasantly surprise to find one of the largest room we had ever stayed in SG. The room is clean without the musty smell. Even the single bed was larger than other hotels which we can hard turn our bodies. We will certainly come back again.
