We checked in to the Eiffel Tower suite and we were lucky enough to check in early! What can I say, this suite is amazing, so much space for 2 adults 2 children, the sofa bed(s) in the living room were great, the sofa pulls out to 2 single beds, perfect for my two girls, 10/12. The suite has a large balcony that runs the whole length of the suite, with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, at night time this really comes into its own! The suite decor is classic, not modern, but in keeping with the hotel are area. We were celebrating our 20th Wedding anniversary and the hotel looked after us so well with some nice surprises when we returned in the evening. This hotel is so relaxing, there is a sense of calm throughout the guest areas, and the pool area is spacious and inviting. We will return for sure, the location is 5 mins walk away from the Arc de Triomphe and 20 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower area. What a 24 hrs we had at the Majestic Hotel and Spa. I hope next time, we can stay for longer.

For a 5 star hotel the experience was really disappointing. As you can see per photos attached, the bathroom was dirty, and both the mirror and radiator were rusty. Most of the furniture was in poor condition with lots of nicks and scratches. There weren't any usb plugs and the internet didn't require password - meaning any hacker can easily steal personal information from any of the connected guests. Few toiletries - no toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream - and when I flagged it to the snooty receptionist I was told in France guests have to ask for the toiletries.

Excellent, well located hotel in central Paris. Lovely staff, very helpful and considerate. Only thing that lets it down is the grossly over priced breakfast and laundry service. It was cheaper to throw our smalls out and purchase new ones than get it laundered.

Very good friendly service. Simple lobby and basic fitness area but a quality tourist hotel, conveniently located. You could find more opulent hotels but it is a very good value for the price. Concierges were very helpful and well informed. I’d stay there again.

My friends and I had an unforgettable girls' trip at the Majestic Hotel-Spa Champs-Elysées. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mehdi, who generously gave us a double upgrade. The room was fantastic—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have wished for. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast bar was delicious and room service for dinner was also good. The front desk was very helpful with getting tickets And taxis We will recommend the Majestic to everyone!

Staff was so lovely. Hotel was beautiful and room was a great size for family of 4. Kids loved that the pullout sofa was 2 twin beds versus a double/queen. Pool was beautiful as well. Highly recommend!
