The hotel was clean, customer service is top notch, and the location is close to the metro. However, the amenities were not so great. The room is too small, the A/C was not working, and the bathroom got flooded quickly when showering.

We had a good stay in this hotel, The location is perfect near the Metro, The hotel is clean and the receptionist is multilingual and helpful.
Cons: The room and toilet are really small and you can hear the next door neighbor which isn't nice.

We had a good stay. The staff was very friendly, Most of the staff spoke english which helped us a lot . one minor issue was that the air conditioning was not good it was not working most of the time.

The room was not very clean, very basic comfort, the parquet floor is not stable, I had asked for a room with a large double bed I had a single room with a very small bed.
The shower did not close because a window was missing.. the toilet bowl was not fixed.
The air conditioning does not work..
There were also stains on the sheets.
The receptionists are very nice, but the hotel needs work!
In addition, you can hear everything that is happening.. it is poorly soundproofed
