Awesome! Great location, magnificent lobby bar, extremely helpful staff. The club room is spacious, delicious breakfast & afternoon cocktails with many varierities served at club lounge, dishes were great! A perfect stay for business & leisure 👍

It’s an excellent hotel, the staff is lovely and helpful. I had a small altercation with one of the night receptionist on my first night, but we settled it and even if I think this is soso, the guy is a great person, he just have a hard job, also he was kind all the other part of our stay. One of his colleague, the other night receptionist gave us ice when we asked help to open the (too hot) red wine, lovely 🙏 The day receptionist was immediately super helpful giving me sincere and deeply helpful advise. He acted as a concierge, and a very good one (many concierge would in fact turn out to send you to commission places, he doesn’t) Just for him this hotel deserve 5 star. The location is central, near train station but also near Printemps and Galerie lafayette, boulevard haussman (famous for luxury shopping) 2 station from champs elysees, not much more for 🗼 Useful information too, the train station have many coffee and a Starbucks, supermarkets and free seats. Have mcdonald burger king and KFC open late night at walking distance (less than 1 minute for all) In short, most recommended hotel, but if the direction of the hotel read this, god please change the location of the urgency door opener from the inside, it’s literally impossible not to push it, and make so much trouble to the night receptionist

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Grand Hotel de Normandie, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is superb, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms were impressively quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets. This tranquility was a significant highlight, allowing for restful nights and a relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile and excellent service. However, one area where the hotel could improve is its facilities. While functional, they felt quite dated and could benefit from some modernization. Despite this, the overall experience remained positive due to the comfortable rooms, prime location, and the hospitality of the staff. In conclusion, Le Grand Hotel de Normandie offers a good stay with quiet, comfortable rooms and a great location, bolstered by the friendly and attentive staff. With a bit of updating to the facilities, it could truly shine as a top-notch hotel.

It's in front of Saint-Lazare station, so it's in a great location, and I was happy to stay there for 100 euros. The room was compact, the bed was about the size of a semi-double, and it was comfortable and quiet. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and the luggage storage and security were excellent. There was also an air conditioner, so it was comfortable in Paris in the summer. I'd like to stay here again. If you request a taxi from the hotel, it costs 65 euros.

A good hotel in the city center with parking (19 euros for 24 hours), the room itself does not match the photo a little. And the two single beds are not comfortable, they move apart and you fall in all the time. The reception staff is very friendly and fast. In general, the room was clean, the shower was clean (hot water, drain in the shower and pressure - 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻) For such a price in the city center where everything is nearby - a great option 👍🏻

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. facilities were great, neatly arranged and unique. The hotel is in central Paris and it is just a few minutes to the Gare Saint Lazare metro station. I liked the street view, Hey wait! Did I mention breakfast? Oh my, Breakfast was sumptuous; I liked the butter croissants the most😋😋. The service was great too. I might come back again for sure ✔️ 👌🏿

I had amazing stay in Paris with this hotel. The price is still affordable and match the quality. The location is great since its near to train station and there’s lot of cafe restaurants around the hotel. Bed was really comfortable and room is spacey for 2 person. Hotel is clean and smells really good. The receptionist is really friendly and help me with all my inquiries.

The hotel was very well located near the Saint Lazare station where you could access the metro, train, bus or whatever you wanted, and it is close to the Garnier opera house, a 10-minute walk away. Excellent cleaning service and very friendly staff

The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable! The room is clean and bright! The surrounding subway and bus are very convenient to go to the attractions! It's an eight-minute walk to Printemps and Galeries Lafayette! It's a good hotel for travel and business! Please note that the elevator is small when carrying large luggage!

I used to stay at the Capital Opera House Bestwestern, but unfortunately this store seems to have changed its name and prices (not sure). So I booked this hotel. The location of this hotel is more central than the previous one. It is convenient to take a subway, train, bus or taxi. Monoprix, Paul, and various high-scoring pastry shops and coffee shops are all within a 10-minute walk. Very cost-effective and affordable. Facilities: There is a balcony where you can have breakfast. The bathroom is a bathtub, which will seep water. It would be better if it was a standing type. Service: The front desk always greeted you politely. I received a pre-authorization deposit of 200, which was received the same night after check-out.
