The staff was very nice but my room was small, dated, and did not seem very clean. The bathroom was tiny and creepy, there was a giant spider in the room, and I just overall did not feel comfortable here. The location is convenient (just 1 street over from Calle Santander) but at night the street is very dark to walk along.

I couldn't be more grateful for the hosts at this property. It was a beautiful setting and great sized rooms. Unfortunately, I received some devastating news and had to get back to the UK ASAP. They could not have been more hospitable, Roberto was a true guardian angel who helped us to get back to the airport when no other transport was available. I will forever be truly grateful for the support you gave. Would 100% recommend this place. Thanks again 😊

又一次回到了巴拿哈雀歐的Rancho Grande酒店。一如既往，服務好，員工親切。住了4夜，很放鬆。地理位置很好。看起來是一個安全的地方。試了幾家巴拿哈雀歐的酒店，價格與質量比較，我更喜歡這家酒店。

這家酒店的地理位置很方便，短短的步行就可以到達湖邊和桑坦德——巴拿哈雀歐主要的購物街。酒店的庭院很美，房間很大很舒適。早餐是免費的，沒有太多説英語的人，但是酒店工作人員很有耐心，而且非常討人喜歡。房間和庭院都很完美。游泳池清澈透亮，但是有點冷。我們的孫子很喜歡這裏的遊樂區。我們還會開心地再來一次！

餐廳非常具有當地氣氛，充滿瑪雅風俗的裝飾。我們去那裡是為了它的煎餅，非常好吃。有完整的早餐，包括煎雞蛋，黑豆，麪包，煎餅，橙汁和咖啡。 服務還不錯，但還有可以改進。在巴拿哈的時候肯定會再回來。
