In the hotel in Ctrip, the full payment was paid in advance, but at the time of check-in, the hotel front desk said that the order was cancelled. Ctrip customer service was more responsible. I negotiated with the hotel and asked me to pay the full amount of the check-in, etc., and then refunded it, which was delayed for more than an hour. Late resolution is also very troublesome. lovely hotel in a peaceful place, i ll come back 100% ... great beach service, great food and located in a paradise for golf lovers! great also to go during the low season. not so far from Miami and easy to reach also from Fort L. Airport. Great food places and shops around.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Tideline since 2016. Each visit was amazing and the service was always excellent. I was there in July 2023 and then the hotel was closed for renovations. I recently visited in December 2023 and it is more beautiful than ever. The rooms and the hotel's bar, restaurants, and pool area look amazing. I can't wait to visit in June 2024. The staff treats you very well; especially Steve, Ping, Bob, Shane and Bibi. The food is delicious because of their excellent Chef Gary. Some new managers are also in place and I was very happy with the service once again. See you all in June! :)

I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!
