Stayed one night only. Enjoyed the nice service from staff. The hotel is nicely located in Vendôme with necessary things nearby. The suggestion I have concern room lighting, which needs improvement and switches to control the overhead lights from the bed. Secondly, the hotel uses the system of inserting your room card in a slot near the room entrance in order to have electricity in the room. Unfortunately, the slot needs to be illuminated in some way so you can see it without lights! Lastly, the shower set up is complicated. Personally, I prefer a hot spigot, a cold and a shower head, period! They have some complex system with two heads, a body wash system and numerous valves! Also, the floor of the shower is part of the bathroom, so water runs out of the shower to the rest of the bathroom.

Pretty standard for an overnight work stay, did the job, lucky I had brought food with me as Buffalo Grill seemed to be the only option

The hotel also calls me and sends me a message to ask me....si I'll take their breakfast at 12 Euros and if I'll dine at them ... What can this do to them? It is certainly to know what additional profit he will make with this client .... I had decided not to take breakfast at their home because there were many bad comments saying it was little copious with little of choice and cheap for what it was What was not my surprise when I found that the night is 92 Euros, and I was charged ....100,80 Euros the night ..... When I asked why I paid extra €8.80, The answer was that I booked on Booking and that Booking takes a lot of commission. So the hotel is great for the price of customers who have had the unfortunateness to book on Booking. The hotel's restaurant is very high and the dishes are not very nice. The lowest price for a main meal is €22, which is absolutely unjustified, except that this allows you to achieve a magnificent margin .... The prices of this hotel for both rooms and restaurant are very high I do not recommend this establishment.
