The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

Stayed there for 3 nights when we are in Osaka. It is easy access from the Osaka Metro red line station M18 (exit 2). There are lifts to reach the Metro platform and the ground so it's convinient for you if you travel with luggages. Obviously it locates in the business area but there are a few family mart/7-11 stores around the hotel along with some small restaurant/noodle house. Not so crowded in the area. If you book without free breadfast, I suggest to go to the coffee house-Detour in the ground level of the building (it is not belong to the hotel). It's resonably priced. Will consider this hotel if we are back to Osaka in the future.

Great location and comfy room for one person. Everything that I needed for 3 days stay in Osaka. The only thing I found a bit odd was that room had only 2 eletrical outlets so I had to charge my phone close to myself and my watch in the bathroom. Because I needed my power bank and laptop as well I had them to charge later on when I would leave hotel. Breakfast was nice , here are some pictures so you can check it.

170 meters from Higobashi metro station. Our room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children as there are 4 single beds. Clean towels are given daily. We stayed for 3 nights and we are told that there were no room cleaning for the period of our stay. Breakfast included in next door cafe. The menu can be improved as the menu were the same everyday. There is a mini market (Lawson) connecting to the lobby. Self laundry is available in the 2nd floor, JPY 300 for washing, 100 for detergent and another 100 for the drying machine. Last important thing, you can send your luggage by delivery to another city or airport through the receptionist in the lobby. Extremely helpful for those who don't want to carry luggage around

The room is relatively small for 2 people but I wouldn’t say it’s too small. It’s enough if you didn’t have too many luggages. The onsen(hot spring) is artificial but surprisingly nice. You can feel your skin become smoother after the bath. They have a pillow bar if the regular one doen’t suit you which is surprisingly thoughtful. They have basically all kinds of amenity such as curling iron or razors etc. Nice location. They even have a washing machine in the lady’s changing room for female only. Nice experience. It was a stylish and bright room with a round table and sofa, a circular chair with a backrest and twin table lights. There is Dojima Avanza in front of the window of the room. It is a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a bathroom, and a bathtub. There was no container for shampoo body soap conditioner, and instead, the solid soap shampoo conditioner was a one-off type of in-house test offering. There was no toothpaste in the toothbrush bag, and there was a separate small bag of medicinal toothpaste. Two bags of tea, sencha, coffee, and tea were nostalgic Sri Lankan ”Dilmah” PREMIUM. You can see the outside view from the elevator. PC2 There is a business booth with a printer on the lobby floor. The breakfast venue is located on the first floor of the cafe terrace ”Ginki Sai” and the grand piano is placed in the cyclamen artificial flower. The number and taste of the dishes were satisfactory. I received one disinfectant sheet at check-in.
