Great location, good value, good english skills staff, and spacious room for 3 people with big size luggages. Breakfast was good too.

Good location. 5 - 10 min walk distance to subway and popular street. The room is clean but little bit old.

Well located! 5 minute walk to Glico man sign and 2 minutes walk to metro station. Location is unbeatable! Amenities are in the lobby available to be picked up when needed which is super convenient. Also there is a currency exchange machine in the lobby for travelers. Room itself was a bit smaller than expected but it was good, clean and comfortable. There was a Family Mart almost in front of the hotel’s entrance. Would stay here again.

I don’t understand why people keep complaining about a room size, they have clearly stated the room size in room details. The hotel is located in the good location, many Izakaya restaurants are nearby. If you are the one who loves drinking, you should take a walk around hotel. I saw many restaurants with big line. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. The amenities in room are beyond the expectation in this price. Good check-in/out time. One important note, you have to leave a key room every time you leave the hotel.

Air conditioning is not working. There is center air conditioning, cannot change even hot or no air to breath in the room.

Room is super small and tiny. Location is near to the dotombori area but staff is unfriendly and place is old. Plus have to leave key with counter when going out which is ridiculous.
