I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a good location and spacious rooms, making it a budget-friendly choice. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The air conditioning was quite noisy, likely due to a dirty filter that hasn't been cleaned in a while. Additionally, the soundproofing in room 912 was lacking; I could hear the neighboring room's curtains being opened and closed, as well as conversations in the lift lobby.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, improvements in maintenance and soundproofing would enhance the experience.

My friends booked Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi Nagahoridori and I mistakenly booked Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi.
This error was discovered at check in. The manager changed my booking so I could stay in the same building!

Location is good, room and bed are small which is no surprised in Japan, if you are looking for comfortable sleep and stay better to book large room/bed and more expensive Hotels.

Very good location. The room is very small. The problem is in the winter the heater was on all the time and the window can’t open to get fresh air. So the room was very hot and stuffy. I had hard time going to sleep.
