The location is convenient. It's a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. There are subway stations and convenience stores nearby. The room is large, but there are stairs at the entrance of the lobby so luggage needs to be moved up and down.

The space is large and the environment is comfortable. There are only 3 rooms on each floor, so it is quiet. The transportation is convenient and you can reach the hotel in 5 minutes from the station. There is a washing machine in the hotel. Just ask the front desk and they will provide laundry detergent.

There was a Korean (?) who spoke Korean, so I left my luggage well before check-in. The location was good because it was close to the subway.
Awesome What I really liked was that it was clean and kind.

I chose a normal twin room, but the spacious, shiny room of about 30 square meters is equipped with a huge LCD TV, two semi-double beds, a separate toilet, and a bathtub where you can stretch your legs. I can't!
The only downside is that the walls are thin. Hallway conversations echo into the room, and trucks and car horns on the main street are clearly audible. I was tired after returning from Univa, so I was able to sleep right away, but if you are worried about noise, it may be difficult without earplugs.
Also, the staff at the front desk didn't have a sense of cleanliness, and the other services were excellent, so I felt a little wasteful.
