1. 房間超大，使用時很方便。
2. 房內有洗衣機，洗好衣服後，可以掛在浴室，有暖風機，開乾燥模式，一個晚上就乾了。
3. 簡易廚房有IH爐、微波爐，也有餐具、鍋具，若有去超市買東西，也可以方便煮食。
4. 附近很多居酒屋，要吃宵夜也很方便。

部屋の間取りが機能的で使いやすかったです。周辺には飲食店もコンビニもあり、食料調達はしやすかったです。子連れでお店に入りづらくても、持ち帰り対応の焼き鳥屋さんやたこ焼き屋さんが近くにあって助かりました。
