We loved our stay at the Hyatt house. Very nice, spacious and modern hotel. Excellent customer service. The front desk waived the parking fee for us and didn't charge us for late check out fee. We were able to stay until 4pm on our last day. Also, on the day of our arrival we were able to check in early, the original room wasn't available yet but I asked if there was another room and there was. Also, Emily was very pleasant and helpful during breakfast time. She made us feel like home. Walkable distance to Universal Studios and very close to various shopping areas.

Hotel is average at best. Booked what is called a king room with den. However that is very misleading as it was just a regular king room with a sofa. No bigger than a normal room.
Shower head needed cleaning as it clogged and only about half the water was able to get out.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The vibe of this property is good. Also, it’s awesome that they have a shuttle service to Universal Studios. The drivers are on time and helpful too.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to Universal (walkable in about 25 minutes) and they let us leave our car in the lot for the day when we went to the park. Very comfortable and clean room.

Everything was great with our stay. We were just disappointed with the free breakfast offered. The selection could be better. Store was pricey so bring your own snacks. I bought 3 waters & a cup of soup and paid $17.00. Staff was friendly, place was clean, suite was spacious.
