Nootka Lodge

Perfect for family multi-party stays. Had family from far staying for a family reunion. Loved the service and staff and easy check in and check out. Our family stayed in 5 different rooms and everyone slept well. Not a single complaint and we were respectful of the quiet times! Very spacious rooms, great HVAC system, and loved the game room. You will see many of us again!

Great place to stay, clean and friendly staff! There’s a Walmart and several restaurants nearby. Great location and great price.

We checked in around 4:30pm on a Saturday night and the lady at check in was very friendly. She checked me in, gave me the key to my room and even showed me a map on how to get to the room. Upon settling into the room. I noticed the beautiful vaulted ceilings and the room even had a balcony. So much floor space! We were on the second floor of the first set of units you see when you pull into the parking lot. The bathroom was very clean! I guess the only tip I would have is that the toilet seemed a bit outdated in the sense that it aaa a high flow toilet. It used a ton of water. Also the toilet seat seemed a bit worn, but it was very clean so really just those small things. Our beds were actually quite comfortable! It was nice to lay on a hotel/lodge bed that didn’t feel like I was sleeping on a wooden board lol! Not too hard and not to soft. It was just right for me :) We checked out the next day and it was very easy. They have a phone at the front if no one is there and they let me know to leave the key on the counter and wished us a good day. Overall, very pleased with my stay here.

The room lightings are limited and dim. Walls are super thin you can hear everyone above you, beside you, next to you, outside driving. Overall, decent and average.

Upon arrival we had a very friendly greeting at the front desk and we were given some great dinner options around here as well as the ice castles. If we were staying in this area again, without a doubt I’d choose Nootka again!

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the room being great. It was our first time and we are already making plans for our next trip there.

We have family in the area, and stay at Nootka Lodge when visiting. Our experience over the years has been consistently a very good one. Staff is alway pleasant, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Great location for Norwich University visits. Close enough to the school, but away from the high prices. Great room for the price.
