We loved our stay in this hotel as it has a lot of character, safe space for our bicycles and nature surrounding which is not made up from a marketing designer.
If you are up for a fancy hotel or a person who likes to stay in one of the chains you might not want it.
if you like to be in a hotel which has got a big room, a personal conversation, a lovely breakfast without 25 different types of bread and 12 different branded mueslis but just a good European breakfast and a good sleep on a comfortable bed this is the place to go.
Nothing for high heels and show off.

A very hospitable stay in an attractive country house! Even the door is opened by the host upon arrival with the suitcases. The country estate has been in the hands of passionate hosts with an eye for guests for more than a year. The plans are grand and judging by what has been achieved, it must be a unique country estate. Once again there is no shortage of comfort with a spacious room and very spacious shared conservatory. We would love to come to Iepenoord again from distant Zutphen!

Peaceful living in nature. Friendly Services, nice breakfast and fantastic for holiday with once dog. Only three kilometers from the beach. Wonderful for a trip to Zeeland and not too expensive. Too bad, there is currently no dinner in the hotel.

The hotel and the garden houses (especially suitable for dog owners) with the beautiful park have a lot of atmosphere and a feel-good character. The backlog of renovations is currently being worked through without inconveniencing the guests. The old manor house with its winter garden and park exudes a lot of charm. Wishes: refrigerators in the garden houses, an open bar in the hotel and a waiter for the winter garden and the great terrace. In conclusion: we felt very comfortable, the breakfast for 10 euros left nothing to be desired and the overall price-performance ratio was really good. The proximity to Oostkapelle and Domburg makes the hotel even more attractive. We will be back!

Superb location in the forest, close to the beach by bike, and ideal with children.
Certainly the upkeep and maintenance of the building leaves something to be desired, no air conditioning or elevator, average bedding comfort, however this is not an international chain hotel here! (and that’s its charm!)
But the owner and staff are very efficient and present, in a very relaxed and family a**osphere! Very decent and plentiful breakfast for the price.
Only regret: the dead plants in the garden, certainly during heatwaves, but obviously not maintained enough...
