We had been to this Hilton many times and are familiar with the property. However, this time we got an upgrade to a suite and that was super cool! It was fabulous and super spacious. All of the people are always so helpful and happy to help you. You can never go wrong with the Hilton Aruba it’s first class service and one of the private beach areas still around with out all the commercial Watersport businesses on the beach property. This Hilton is totally relaxing and beautiful!!

Construction was really loud the whole time. Paid for an ocean view and then it was behind the construction before the ocean. No hot tub.

The collection of exotic birds is fascinating! Clean sandy beach is a treat; no broken shells to shock your feet on. Great spa employees and small but adequate gym. We really enjoyed our stay; your beds are fantastic! The food at your steakhouse is superb. However, the night stands in our room were in poor condition and we couldn't use any of those drawers. A couple opened, but they'd get jammed and stuck closed, so we avoided using these. The sliding door to the patio required a sumo wrestler to open and close. Our toilet had no flushing pressure and required a call to maintenance to get anything that wasn't liquid to flush down, so we used the lobby bathrooms for that. Housekeeping staff is fabulous and extremely friendly.

Beautiful property. We had a great view of the ocean and the tropical garden overlooking the bird aviary. A bit expensive but we felt this property was the best of the hotels along the Palm Beach.

It would have been good to know there is construction going on during the stay. I would have chosen a different resort. Looking for rest and relaxation...this was not possible. I had to go elsewhere to achieve this.

Don’t let the construction deter you from booking here it was hardly noticeable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach and pool areas were clean and well kept with lots of chairs. The open lobby area had plenty of seating. Great snack and grab and go options in the conscience store. The sunset grill food was really good.

Beautiful accommodation with stunning beaches. The restaurants and shopping readily within minutes walking. Weather of course is 80’s and breezy everyday. The music at the hotel and local restaurants was delightful! Best Caribbean experience we’ve ever had!
