Hotel MyStays Shinsaibashi offers an excellent stay with its convenient location near shops, restaurants, and subway access. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. Great value for money and ideal for exploring Osaka. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. The hotel located just walking 10minutes to dotunburi. Very near with 7eleven. I am happy with this stay. The room not so big but that so tipical with Japan. Overall a good stay

I love this place so much. Next time, I will come back to stay again because it is very close to Shinsaibashi Station and the room is clean and spacious than the Japanese room standard. Fully equipped.

The hygiene situation is terrible. The room and also bathing room is full of unpleasant smell. Tho the location is very good and the attitude of front desk staff also very awesome. The room condition is really turning off and makes us wont come back again. Please consider to deep clean the hotel

Room ventilation is not good. Sometimes, when we come back the room and some odor will be emitted from toilet. It may relate to drainage problem. Please attend the issue and the hotel will be better.

Great hotel! By Tokyo standards, the room is quite spacious with two wide beds. The service is top notch!

The location of this hotel is really great and so accessible to the subway lines. Had a nice queen size bedroom for my last 2 nights’ stay and really appreciated the room after staying in very small rooms previously. Finding food is not an issue as there are eateries and convenience stores nearby! They have coin operated laundry service too. Staff are all very helpful and polite. Great stay!

Don't know why the toilet smelly for all 4 days 😥 They should consider to better control the cleanliness...
