Location wise, but they never change or provided new toiletries for our 3 days stay...good thing have our own. Yes, it's clean coz it's new. 😉

There was no tissue on the first day. There was no hair dryer. My hair was wet for half an hour before it was delivered. The shower gel could not be pressed down (you can watch the video). There is a subway next to it, so we were woken up in the morning. The customer service didn't contact us in advance, so we had to contact them ourselves when it was time. Their attitude was average, and they were slow to reply to messages. There was no napkins at the beginning. After asking for a long time, there was a courier box from the previous guest in the room.
