The Saga Hotel

Comfortable beds for sleeping but awful service. Staff seem inexperienced and never available. We stayed for 3 nights and were unable to get any food for the duration of our stay. The restaurant was permanently closed and room service impossible to get hold of. No room cleaning during our stay and room facilities were limited - no fridge. Water in the shower was barely warm.

This hotel does not worth the money i spent for booking. The bed sheets looked like unchanged since last guest. It was noisy all night. I could hear the noise of washing plates until 2 at night. My experience was terrible for two days at night.

We had a wonderful experience at the saga hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. The food is very good. A definite recommend to everyone.

There are no windows in the rooms and it feels very claustrophobic. Service is fine but the property is a bit overpriced maybe because of the location.

The bathroom was very unhygienic and was not cleaned before checking in. Also there were literally mushrooms growing inside the room. The shower tap is not working properly.

The hotel reception was not helpful at all. The room floor was wet and sticky. The bedsheets were unclean, and the furniture and bed smelled bad. The washroom was also smelly and unclean. The cupboard was filled with dust and smelled horrible. It was not worth the stay. We were two people who couldn’t even sleep. We had to ask for an extra blanket to cover the bed so we could sleep, but even that was smelly and unclean. Overall, i'll never recommend this hotel. The service and room were below a two-star standard.
