Convenient location in the city centre. Amazing views of the castle at breakfast. Parking is tricky nearby - there’s a garage next door but he cheated us so be careful - we agreed on €15 for overnight and he input €50 on the card terminal and didn’t show me when I tapped my card.

On my annual trips to Ischia, I like to stop off in Naples. The Mercure Hotel is particularly suitable for this as it is very close to the boat dock where I continue my journey. I love sitting on the hotel's breakfast terrace with my friends or relatives who are travelling with me, overlooking the harbor and the city's sights, and enjoying the very good breakfast.

Hotel in a good location near the ferry port and airport bus. Metro and shopping street within walking distance. Rooms with good facilities and air conditioning.

Very good stay, the hotel is well located and the staff is very welcoming. The only problem is that in the bathroom the shower screen does not completely close the area. As a result, even if you are careful when taking a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded.

The front desk of the hotel is very poor, the English is very bad, and they don't take the initiative to explain that the mini bar can be used for free. Just simply put in the room card and sent it away. The hardware of the hotel is very old. Although the location is good, it is really not recommended to live here.
