I booked two rooms and walked in the lobby wearing slippers. There was water on the floor and I almost slipped... causing my toes to bleed... The hotel's handling was not proactive at all and seemed very unprofessional.
Don’t use the hotel shampoo. I have short hair and it feels like I’ve applied a thick layer of hair wax during the washing process! My hair gets tangled when I put it in water, and it can't be washed out after several minutes! Really terrible

It was a very satisfying trip. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but I have to complain about the air conditioning. . . Hahaha
