The front office worker there were nice with us. But it’s unbelievable that’s they give a room like this to a customer. The bed was full of bed bug. And after sending a email the hôtel we even didn’t receive an explanation about this incident. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

It’s ok

It’s near Gare du Nord . At night it’s better to be careful and watch your belongings. The hotel room was so small , or it’s maybe for lovebirds 🥰🥰 Hotel receptionists were very polite and helpful! No room service when I stayed there, probably because of pandemic restrictions. But honestly, Mini manicure 💅 with perfect nails is across the street!!!

The quality-price ratio is correct.

Hello no heating in and shower gel otherwise happy with the short stay

As soon as I entered the accommodation, I just washed my hands, but the sink was clogged. To begin with, the sink stopper was missing. When I came back after requesting it, they put the stopper in place and fixed it. Other than the inconvenience of having only one usable outlet at the door, it wasn't bad enough for a one-night stay before heading to the airport.

The location of the hotel is very good: 5-10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. The right bedding. but : -No soundproofing. You can hear all the sounds in the next room/corridor -There is a very unpleasant smell of moisture in the bathroom -The room is very small and very old (there are stains on the carpet, there are very obvious signs of moisture in the bathroom. -There are many opposites to the next room (you can see everything that happens in the room.. You have to put a towel on the railing to have a little privacy without having to draw the curtains) -The equipment is basic. There is only one socket in the bedroom (not in the bathroom) I don't recommend it.

There was a balcony with a nice view, the receptionist was nice and the location of the hotel was good. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was a major letdown. The toilet was leaking, there was a very strong odour of urine and the overall state of the bathroom was poor. The bathroom fan did not work, so the bathroom got filled up with steam when showering. Another concern was the keycard system. Whenever we were to leave the hotel, we had to leave our keycard in the reception. All in all, our stay was not the best, but considering the price payed compared to nearby hotels, it was okey. I could recommend the hotel if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep for a few nights.
