It’s definitely not a smoke free hotel if you are looking for one. The saving grace is only the wonderful hotel staff.

Pleasantly surprised by the room size and cleanliness of the room. The staff were really helpful and accommodative. Very near shopping areas and are all within walking distance.

The front desk lady had a good service attitude and checked in quickly. The hotel was easy to find, just by the road. The lobby was bright and there were free tea and snacks. The hotel was really clean. The housekeeper was very meticulous when cleaning, even the corners were cleaned. The hotel was also very soundproof, and basically no noise could be heard. Not to mention the hotel facilities, it was great.
