這個房間是屬於閣樓式的，三個房客共用一個大門，樓下一間房，上樓梯有兩間房，然後進入各自的房間，如圖一所示。洗衣機在11樓，洗衣服還算方便，房間寬敞明亮，離高鐵站真的很近，而且對面就是便利店和小吃店，便利店也是老闆開的，裏面賣的東西很多。就是浴室的花灑不穩定，固定不了，洗澡不太方便，希望房東可以修理一下。

酒店就在地鐵附近，出行超級方便，酒店的整體服務非常好！前台服務熱情，房間裏擺放着礦泉水，整體感受五顆星！房間環境舒服乾淨漂亮，有個超級大玻璃窗，可以在窗口跟朋友看風景，喝茶聊天。還有一個超大電視，可以躺着看電影追電視劇，強烈推薦推薦推薦～

進房間一股子煙臭味 開了窗空調吹 到了半夜都還是一股子味道 而且那個衞生我也真的不想吐槽了 隨手可以接觸到的地方 一抹手就是灰 睡下去都感覺到很不舒服 不過都晚上了 也就沒有打電話説讓換房間 但是本來就是很簡單的休息一晚 衞生方便還是麻煩店家盡點心吧

地方很好找，就在地鐵口出來走路五分鐘吧。前台在一樓，很容易就能找到。前台的客服妹妹很熱情，怕我不會用密碼鎖還一點一點教我開鎖。房間給我做了免費升級，花這個錢住到這麼好的酒店我是第一次碰到，非常滿意！就是周圍比較荒涼，沒什麼吃的，好在交通便利，打車方便地鐵也方便，可以隨時去找東西吃

非常好的體驗！！第一次來南寧，想要找個快捷酒店入住，搜到了這家民宿。説是民宿，但是已經達到了便捷酒店的標準。房間硬件都配備齊全，至少滿足了我這個出差人的需求。而且交通很便利，下了車走個不到十分鐘就找到了。睡醒又能下樓就有地鐵去開會。很不錯。我還會再來。

很不滿意，真的，環境不行，設備不行。平時住酒店，都是比較懶得評價，好評差評都懶得給，這次是真的住的太不舒服了，就給了生平第一次差評。唉，雖然説知道這個價格環境肯定不大行，但是，到了房間才知道，地板都裂開了，他居然裂開了，地板還能移動動，真的是不太行。窗簾完全透光，大早上被亮醒就離譜，才不到八點，亮堂堂的，怎麼睡？以及那個床，睡上去就吱吱呀呀的響，我以為都要塌了，這我半夜都害怕的睡不着覺。東西也不標個價，我知道酒店的東西貴，但他們家的是真的貴，泡麪六塊錢小小的一盒，以及最後一點，廁所堵住就是我們全責了，讓我們好失望，找來師傅居然是我們自己付的錢（150通一次馬桶），你也不看看你家馬桶是不是自己有問題。最後，附近在裝修，能吵**，這差評不給，我都對不起我自己。（注：第三張圖是早上不到八點拍的很亮）
