別管是客房電話打前台還是手機號撥打前台電話，就是沒人接，而且是白天，下樓去前台看到電話響就是沒人接，也是服了，前台小姑娘也是愛答不理的的模樣，夠夠的了維也納的服務沒人管了麼

衞生間反味很濃，整個晚上睡不着，退房時給總枱反映了，但總枱小姐姐沒有表態，服務態度很差。

這是二十多年來入住酒店體驗最差的一次，而且是唯一的一次。9月13日入住南寧市維也納南湖公園關係藝術學院店的時候就顯示：已享延遲退房、9月17日日14：00前離店。完全沒想到的是，17日12：10左右辦完事回酒店刷卡卻打不開房門。問前台得知：房門卡失效了。都沒到退房時間，也沒申請退房，就把我房卡失效了，這是要趕人的節奏啊!😵😵😵
因為要急着趕到高鐵站，聯繫前台開門，將近20分鐘都沒來，再次聯繫，前台還一個勁的説已開門。我都站在房門口等，無奈説了幾句不好聽的話，服務員才姍姍來遲，把門給打開了。
前前後後耽誤了我將近半個小時，維也納酒店自己的失誤，但酒店方卻沒有任何人進行解釋，更沒有一句道歉的話。
這就是店大欺客嗎？

設施：空調給力，淋浴很舒服。對於我這種宅在房間看電影的人很舒服；
衞生：很乾凈，看的出來服務員很用心。我這個人比較有潔癖。每天幫我換床單被罩；
服務：響應很及時，有要求提出來很快都能得到解決。還送了我一條充電線；
環境：門口有充電樁，出門很方便。我晚上去青秀山打車十分鐘很快；
整體推薦，下次再來。

出差公司給推薦的酒店，住了之後呢整體感覺很不錯，連鎖酒店住的很放心，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，衞生間非常乾淨，關鍵還有洗衣房，直接洗完烘乾真的很的到位。看的出是真用心在服務每一位客人。以後定點在這裏啦。

住了這麼多維也納，這家我是比較滿意的。前台主動升級了房型。早餐也很豐富。尤其糯米雞和特色湯粉，很好吃。房間也很不錯，服務員很主動禮貌。阿姐很親切。給這家店點個贊。

酒店房間整體很不錯，很大很寬敞。衞生方面乾淨整潔，打掃的很認真，這家維也納在南寧來説還是很好的。住的很放心。問題反饋處理的也很及時耐心。空調很給力，網絡也很給力。總體體驗好評，還會再來。
