During the 2024 Spring Festival, I chose to celebrate the New Year in Nanning. Liyuan Metropark Hotel is on the bank of the Yongjiang River and very close to Qingxiu Mountain. The air is fresh and the night view is beautiful. The hotel service is very attentive. I received a call from the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm arrival time, room requirements, etc.
When I checked in on the first day of my stay, Xiao Cheng at the front desk was very enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. He not only upgraded the room for free, gave small gifts and children's toiletries, but also recommended surrounding attractions, night markets, hotel New Year activities, etc.
Children especially like this hotel. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are large, and the welcome fruit is sweet and delicious. The children loved the swans, alpacas, peacocks and sika deer in the mini zoo. The hotel has a strong New Year atmosphere, and the children actively participated in New Year's intangible cultural heritage activities such as candied haws on a stick and making dough.
The buffet breakfast in the hotel cafe and the morning tea in the Chinese restaurant are both very good. The dishes are rich, the taste is pure, and the service is attentive.
The room attendant Lu Qiufen is very professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, and the service is great. Two small lanterns were given to the children. Seeing that we like to drink tea, they also gave us extra mineral water.
The swimming pool is very good, the water quality is good and the temperature is suitable.
