This experience in Nanjing South Railway Station Atour Hotel was top-level!I was traveling in Suzhou with my family. The old man in my family accidentally fell in the bathroom. There was no response at that time. In the afternoon, we came to Nanjing again. When we went out the next day, the old man felt a little uncomfortable, so we returned to the hotel. In the afternoon, we lay in bed and couldn't move. Because we came to China to travel, we called the front desk to look for it. Ask for help. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us call the ambulance. When the ambulance arrived, she also helped the doctor to send my mother to the ambulance and asked if we needed to be accompanied by staff. 10 stars for the staff if I could!! They were all super nice and helpful!
The location is about 10-15mins walk from Nanjing South Railway station. Nothing much around but there's a 24/7 Lawson round the corner and the hotel serves a simple supper from 9-11pm every day.
The only bad thing about this place is the lift. There's only 1 lift serving 8 floors and the sensor for the card is not that good.

The staff and manager were incredible. The room was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Nanjing !

It can be said that this is the worst time I have ever stayed in a hotel. The high-speed railway is being built in front of the hotel. Trucks start to deliver goods in the early morning. Construction starts knocking on pipes at 4 or 5 in the morning! It's really frustrating! It's so noisy! The hotel is in the suburbs, and it's even noisier in open areas! There is also a bus station next to it, which is also buzzing! After playing for a day, I was tired and couldn't rest well 🙅 It's really a thunder!
