服務：去到酒店比較晚了，被告知原訂普通大床房衹剩走廊盡頭正對走廊的房間，且不提供免費換、升房型。前台一直建議我直接在前台用“會員價”改訂，但我堅持在攜程訂了，因為所謂“會員價”還貴40。交流中，前台在我沒有主動詢問的前提下，一直生硬地主動強調衹有“會員價”有機會延遲退房，攜程則“不可能給延”。本人覺得，其一，現在一般酒店無論在哪訂，在有房空餘的情況下都會使情況適當允許延遲，這樣生硬的政策和話術讓我覺得不太舒服；其二，今天11點30前台（退房前半小時）已經打電話到房間詢問是否續住、並催促退房，期間我個人覺得態度透着不耐煩，覺得有被打擾到。
衞生：如圖，進入房間馬桶明顯有污漬，有毛髮。床鋪等其他地方挺乾淨的。另外拉開一次性衞浴用品的盒子裏也有毛髮，未拍下。
房間：很新，房間不算大但設施很全，衣掛、桌椅等都齊全。電視很大，但看所有節目都要額外花錢充會員，包括騰訊視頻app免費看的綜藝。

住漢庭以來，最滿意的一次，説實話，前台的小姑娘是我見過最耐心的！從幫我協調房間，到處理一系列的臨時問題，總之很滿意，還有打擾07房間的那位阿姨，也特別細心。下個月出差，還住他們家。

酒店很新，但有點裝修味道，開空調且短暫入住就還好；服務很好，有入住水果，到達前還有電話確認。周邊很多吃的，離地鐵站有點點距離，但是騎自行車很快。不過我全程都是滴滴的，去滕王閣，省博那些地方也不會很貴，也就20多塊錢，多人出遊的話應該比地鐵還划算。
