Hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from Nagano Station. Very convenient. Check in was through a machine with help from the friendly staff. Check out was really quick.
The rooms are bigger than we expected and everything we need was there. Bed was comfortable and we slept through well. Plus plus.
Overall, it was a good value, good location and comfortable stay for us.
Will not hesitate to return.

It was close to the station and had plenty of restaurants. The price was also reasonable, so it was well worth staying there.

It's conveniently located near the station. Although the service wasn't fancy, it was comfortable and the front desk was kind enough to provide snacks in addition to amenities, which left a good impression.

The room was clean and the bed was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably. It was nice that there was coffee in the lobby. When I went, there were only two people in the hot springs, so we were able to relax at night and in the morning. The location is close to the station, and you can walk to Zenkoji Temple.

The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and the room was clean.
The air conditioning could not be controlled in each room, so it was a little warm at first. It was also disappointing that there was no water provided in the refrigerator.
