What a gorgeous hotel. With this incredible pool view, we never even made it down to the ocean. The hotel food, drinks, ambiance, and staff were great, and the rooms felt luxurious and comfortable. 100% would stay here again, especially as it was very reasonably priced for being peak season.

Went in mid-November. It's almost winter. The weather is not very good either. The hotel and surroundings are quite deserted. Booked a hotel shuttle for 20 people for 4 persons per car. Room facilities were ok. Not too delicate. Just make it up. Looks clean. Not many breakfast options. But can eat enough. Walk to town and windmill for about 15 minutes. But really. M. Island is not much fun. Although very close to the bus station. But just 2 buses to Paradise Beach. But we did not wait 10 minutes in advance. Locals say it may not have started. So the price is 15 Euro. No one on the beach was seawater. Is not fun.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Cubic hotel for our honeymoon. As this was a brand new hotel we were a bit nervous about booking but it did not disappoint. The hotel is situated on Ornos beach with a view across the bay from most rooms. We stayed in the Suite which was right at the top and we were kindly upgraded as it was our honeymoon. The staff also left a beautiful bunch of flowers and sparkling wine which was a lovely gesture. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially the team at reception, and would do anything to make you comfortable during your stay. The rooms are contemporary and look exactly like the images. They have luxury, soft fluffy bath towels, light dressing gowns and flip flops to use during your stay. The toiletries provided smelled beautiful so if you are visiting there is no need to pack shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Some days we would even have a little treat in our room after our day at the beach (fresh fruits or greek sweet treats). Breakfast could either be delivered to your room (which we did for the week) or you can have it on the terrace just at reception. There were loads to choose from and a nice selection of pastries and a delicious lemon cake. You can get the local bus to Mykonos town and the bus stop is just a short 5 minute walk away with tickets are only €1.80pp. Overall we had the best stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, adults only retreat in Mykonos.

This hotel has stunning views ,a great location on the hill just a short walk from town, very good service but the rooms are extraordinarily small.-They are definitely NOT suites in the way I am used to thinking Despite a very good and chilled vibe, my room felt like the cabin of a cruise ship even though I booked a junior suites “plus more”. My “suite” plus more room was very, very small, cramped and very boxy even though we went for a high category. The sink area is a hanging swing sink with no area to place toiletries.There was very little storage space for our clothing and suitcases making traversing the room difficult.I felt like I was in my college dorm room but the view and vibe was much better. I also was able to hear people in other rooms and our bathroom had a sewer smell at times. This hotel is good for a short stay if the size and amenities of the room are not that important. When I asked the staff if there was a larger room available I was told that mine was one of the largest and very much in demand. I felt that the room description and photos online were a bit misleading.-These are not what one would normally consider a suite If you don’t plan on spending much time in your room ,want a good location with great views, a beautiful pool atmosphere,chilled vibe and also enjoy cruise ship sized cabins, this might be the perfect place for you. Breakfast and beverage service were quite good. I have stayed in other hotels in Mykonos in the past and would consider them over this hotel in the future. Out of the many hotels I have stayed at in the Greek islands and Mykonos the room was not one of my favorites . Definitely not a five star hotel in my opinion.

My husband and I stayed at the Matogianni hotel for one night on a stopover in Mykonos on our way to Naxos. I booked directly on their website, which I found gives you more specific room choices than third party booking sites, plus we were able to pay on arrival rather than in advance. The hotel itself is right in the heart of Mykonos town, but as it’s off a small side street, you get none of the noise from the bars and shopping areas nearby. We opted for a balcony room, which was actually a very decent size for the price we paid, and considering the location. The beds were comfortable, though my main complaint (as others have mentioned in their reviews) is the wet-room style shower. I felt like we had to almost sweep the water into the drain, as there wasn’t a natural slope to the floor. For one night this would be fine, but I fear if I needed to wash my hair (leaving water on for an extended time) that I could have flooded the whole room. One thing to keep in mind with this hotel is that it is right in the center of Mykonos town, meaning that cars/transfer vehicles can’t get near it. So although I had booked a transfer to the hotel from the airport, our driver had to drop us off at the top of the hill on the edge of town, and we had to walk downhill with our luggage. Thankfully we only had to do the downhill journey, as the next day we caught the sea bus to the new port, which was a flat walk towards the old port - just something to keep in mind if you are staying in the center of town with luggage to carry. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, as the price and location can’t be beat!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel pre pandemic for a delightful 10-night stay, which prompted us to book again without hesitation. However, due to our Jet2 flight schedule, we decided to extend our stay to 11 nights. Despite a slight delay in our flight, we arrived at the hotel around 9:30 PM and were warmly greeted by the reception staff. The driver who picked us up also kindly took our bags to our room. As expected, the room was clean and provided us with a lovely view of the Aegean Sea. Unfortunately, our first night's sleep was disrupted by a group of drunken individuals shouting at each other. However, we understand that such incidents can occur anywhere, and thankfully, the following nights were much quieter. The breakfast options at the hotel were excellent, although the coffee from the machine could have been a touch hotter when selecting a cappuccino. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Mykonos town, as it is just a short walk up the hill. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, basking in the sun. The pool area offers a great selection of comfortable sun loungers, allowing guests to relax and unwind. Additionally, the bar menu provided a variety of delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. We were impressed by the polite, well-dressed, and hard working staff from reception, housekeeping, food service, and bar. One standout employee was Ele, who worked at the poolside bar. He took the time to learn our names and remembered them throughout our stay, providing exceptional service. Another star among the staff was Georgia who works front of house. She tirelessly worked to fulfill a request I had made, demonstrating her dedication to ensuring complete guest satisfaction. In summary, the Ilios Maris hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation in Mykonos. Our positive experience, coupled with the attentive staff, great amenities, and convenient location, made our stay truly enjoyable. We will be back.

I stayed in this hotel, twice this year for 2 and 1 nights respectively. The first time it was early February and the second time on March 1st. The overall experience was amazing and the hotel is sparkling as a diamond. The reception desk is the friendliest and most professional I have met in my professional life and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around Europe. The design of the hotel is a landmark of architecture, style and elegance. Rooms are very beautifully decorated, well equipped, warm (I visited the hotel in the middle of the winter) . The shower has a massage and water jet function which is very soothing and relaxing (especially after a hard day's work). Lighting is war and relaxing, while the hotel offered LG OLED and iphone/ Bose charger,base, speaker. After an amazing sleep , I discovered next morning that the hotel is using the best, handcrafted, natural mattresses of Coco Mat. Linen is of highest quality and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also on the same level as the rest of hotel. Usually a continental hotel breakfast is boring, but not this time. The omelet was a traditional greek recipe implemented beautifully, the coffee was fantastic , the traditional greek pies were generous and delicious on the buffet. The location of the hotel is amazing, literally overlooking the Chora of Mykonos, providing the guests the opportunity to enjoy live the most iconic Mykonos view. It is a 2 minutes walk from Mykonos seafront promenade.

The hotel is located on a remote mountain, the whole mountain is under development, but it only takes 10 minutes to drive from the town, and the seaside scenery along the way is beautiful. Due to the brand new hotel (some locations are still being renovated), the room still has a taste of just decoration, but it is acceptable. New decoration, neat. The hotel pool is large and beautiful, the scenery is very good, there is no restaurant nearby, but you can ask the staff to help order takeaway. The room is east and you can see the sunrise. The jacuzzi in the room is warm water and very comfortable. The original price is not included with breakfast, but newly opened, free of charge to us.

Nice Hotel with specious light full and comfortable rooms .very clean with full time services .Responsible , Responsive and friendly staff who were available almost 24hours .Good location ,very close to two beaches ,public bus station and supermarkets or restaurants.Nice sea views and beautiful designs . Average to medium quality buffet breakfast serving in an open air nice area,but it has space to improve in this hotel . The swimming pool is very small with 3-4 sun beds ,but it’s not a big deal since people preferred to stay on beach rather then it . We had a problem with our room and they were ready to resolve it when we had mentioned . Port shuttle was arranged for us ,however it’s better to clarify the regular price in the island in advance which is cheaper than Hotel’s offering price .They were open to fix it upon request . We had enjoyed our stay and strongly recommending this hotel .
