Near by the HBF. Marien Platz is in 12 minutes by foot. Service is nice. Rooms at the 7th floor have got balconies. But rooms with windows to the street are noisy as well. Breakfast is well and reasonably priced (14€). The room isn’t 20 square meters as announced. About 14. There is an AC. The personal is very friendly. Recommended with over spoken details.

This is an older property, the lift will take 3 people only. We had a triple room, very small very hot even with heating turned off, there was a fan in the room I guess for that reason, no tea making facilities but you can ask for a kettle, no cups either so had to buy one. Hotel is central and great for markets etc. our room had a shower door that was broken, and when you shower the water comes up the drain in the floor of the bathroom, having said that I couldn’t fault the staff, very friendly and helpful, but please find another system with the door keys !!! Having to hand them In every time you go out is such a pain.

Amazing experience! I stayed there for my business trip around 12 nights and there was no single night or single day that I found something unpleasant. The hotel is kind of old school without key card and the left that can accommodate only up to four people. Butt fight for the Checkin until check in, the staff is so very nice so polite and so helpful. The ladies at the breakfast room are all attentive friendly and polite. The breakfast itself is amazing and it has everything that you would wish for. The room is spacious and has everything I need. The only minor thing was maybe the unstable Wi-Fi. The location ist super and with all everything I say about I would definitely return 😄

Nice staff and hotel. The bed was comfortable, although the floor needed vacuuming. The location was good to go to Oktoberfest and other tourist sites, although there are a number of homeless people in the area.

20 minutes walk from the center and old town. Excellent breakfast, not included but at a very reasonable price. Was little noisy at night, noise came from the street.
