I stayed here as a female solo traveller and they seem to arrange girls to be in a same room which felt pretty safe.

My stay at Backpackers was great. It was in a perfect location for reaching sights easily. There is great shopping, restaurants and the Gateway within steps. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a private room and was very happy with the accommodation. It had a private bathroom. A/C and Wi-Fi both worked well. Will stay here again.

The location is great, it's in the center of Mumbai. The facilities are old but they are well-maintained and there are no problems.

For solo travellers it's a good place to stay which is not heavy on the pocket. . The owner was very polite and i had a good time chatting with her, but the only issue i had was that the staff was more attentive to its foreign guests than its local guests. That's the only negative for me.

Location is superb, rooms were not ventilated at all. 3 bathrooms are shared within the entire floor, which was not mentioned anywhere in the room description

The hotel was superb with a new concept of dinning on the top floor with a cafeteria with self service. Also the rooms were very clean and maintained daily bases. The services were excellent. Thank you backpackers cowies.

Stay was extremely good due to front desk coordination, bed quality as well as other people staying there was good and cooperative, i was also enjoyed self service kitchen for morning breakfast
